This jimmy John's Rocks fast,wonderful customer service. Also there food is delicious ?
My sub came out before I was even done paying basically and it was BOMB. Friendly quick service. I love this JJ near my apartment.
FREAKY SLOW... Took over an hour for one sandwich. They need to have some kind of warning on the app that will let you know when they are having delays. The sandwiches aren't that good, but when you're in a hurry they do the job. Waiting an hour for Jimmy John's is absurd
Worst customer service and delivery experience I’ve received at any Jimmy Johns. The delivery took over 1 hour and 20 minutes even though the delivery address provided was 5 minutes away. When calling to check on the status of the order the employee yelled at me, told me to refuse the order and dared me to report the store on the feedback page and then told me they were no longer going to accept calls. Very disappointed.
They had me in and out right away. They even knew the prices and ingredients out of their heads.
Delivery isn't remotely fast. Just go pick up your food if you want it fast. I called to inquire where my food was and the person I got didn't ask for my order information just made an excuse for the delivery driver saying they got rushed with orders. How do you know if my order was even sent out? Guess I'll find out when it doesn't show for another hour.
Beware! Avoid at all costs! Delivery driver intentionally slammed on the brakes to try to get me to rearend him. Then, he proceeds to almost hit 3 other vehicles while giving the finger to me and other vehicles around him. Gee wonder why his front bumper is missing. Real professional employee!
Wow, I was in a bind, Uber and Chick-fil-A and Panera canceled my large order. Well it was not probable for the staff here lead by the manager. I thank her for her hard work. Renee you rock!!! And it’s women’s day and you saved my lunch with a big practice.
I ordered 2 pickles for sides and 4 sandwiches. The pickles were wrapped in paper and leaked juice all over all the other sandwiches stuffed in the bag. Here's a picture of one of the pickles. Would you eat that? This is the second time I have ordered from this store with disappointment. My other experience was a 1½ hour wait for delivery with no communication from the store that there would be a delay. I called multiple times talking to the manager. He said the driver was on the way multiple times. I wanted outside my building for 45 minutes to get my meal. The driver didn't have Jimmy John's identification. They didn't even get out of the car to hand me my delivery not to mention they were rude. I will never order from Jimmy John's again.
This Jimmy Johns Has the most amazing Drivers. They really remember there customers. Check this Specific Place. They are great and Managers are also amazing.
