Who ever is in charge of purchasing and inventory can you please order raw green bell pepper.... In the last 4 weeks going to this location twice a week I've been told your out of raw green bell pepper on 4 separate occasions/visits. It's very disappointing. Once or twice I get it but almost every time I go your out of raw green bell pepper. At this point I go to this location knowing I'm not able to get bell pepper on my tasty sandwich! I love Jersey Mike's and this location! But would also love some green pepper on my sandwich. Thanks.
Ordered a pickup order here 3 weeks ago. Said it would be ready for pickup at 12:30. I arrived at 12:30 and waited 15 more minutes patiently. There were 7 other pickup orders in front of me and another 6 people in line.Unfortunately I did not have time to wait hence the online order. I left and sent an email to the owner/manager and never got a response. I prepaid online for an order I never got and never got reimbursed. Will have to file against credit card statement now.Poor managed store. 2 poor young kids making subs and checking out customers by themselves. Certainly not their fault but just terrible management.
I have been going to Jersey Mike’s since I lived in New Jersey and going to the original one in point Pleasant. I was excited to see that they open down here and I’ve gone to this place a few times it always seems a little chaotic but the food was good quality. Today I went in one girl was behind the counter staring at the register another guy was making to go orders and the manager from what I understand was sitting at the table interviewing I stood there for five minutes with nobody then somebody came out from the back he was still chewing whatever he was eating he asked what I wanted and then a guy came up behind me for a to go order my guy just disappear to the register and just left me standing there as I left I got there very condescending have a good day from the tall gentleman behind the register I will never be back and I will never recommend this place to anybody. They seemed to care less that I left I asked for the Gm number and a young guy sitting At the table said he was if he was actually the general manager I feel sorry for that establishment.
I Ordered My Sub Online An With Instructions My Sub Still Was Not Made Right This Not My First Time Going To This Location But This Time It Just Wasnt Right I Ordered A Sub In. A Wrap Paid For Extra Meat An Bacon Was Low On Meat An Had 1 Piece Of Bacon An My Sub Was On Bread So I Couldnt Even Eat It Because I Have Stomach Problems An I Cant Eat All That Bread So Left Me Starving Till I Reached My Next Destination Smh
Best steak and cheese sub in Florida. I'm from Maryland and Jersey Mikes makes the best I've had here.
My husband and I come here often and also have great service. Employees are always friendly and attentive. Definitely go see Angelo and Jamison. Definitely will be back and hopefully those two are working. Great asset to Jersey Mikes.
The staff was so friendly and made the best sandwiches. Even though they were very busy the wait was minimal.Loved that on this day all proceeds went to The Special Olympics. Such an awesome organization to partner with.
Jersey Mike's is one of our favorite sub shops.They have really good subs , I haven't been disappointed in anything new I have tried.

Many times I've tried to call this Jersey Mike's and either they don't answer or they answer and tell you to hold on a second and 10 minutes later they still don't come back to the phone. You can't sell subs if you dont answer your phone. Customer service in this store is horrible all the employees look filthy there shirts all all dirty and stained. I was told the manager is quitting and they had no contact info on the owner. The owner of this store needs to go in there and clean house with the employees because there making the owner loose money. I really like jersey Mike's but I won't be going back to this store ever again
