Called to place a takeout order. Was looking at the IHOP website and saw BBQ ribs & chicken listed under Savory Selections. I was told they don't have ribs. I said I'm looking right at the website which was updated July 2022. I was asked was I sure I was looking at an IHOP website. I said of course, I'm looking at it right now. Was told they've never had ribs. So my husband's second choice was t-bone steak and eggs. I was told they can't take t-bone steak orders over the phone, we'd have to come into the the location. I've never heard anything so crazy. The only saving grace was that although small portions, the food was good. I've never had anyone question me about am I looking at the correct website. My husband overheard that they have a lot of new employees but that's no excuse for questioning a customer. He also heard people saying they've never had to wait that long and some people just left.
The inside of the restaurant was clean and ahead it was clean and it had been just remodeled so everything looked good.This was a late lunch but I decided to order a breakfast. It was the breakfast sampler for $11.99. It was a good selection of breakfast food.Everything was cooked just right. And tasted pretty good. Somewhat greasy as expected.The only problem I had is that I ordered an iced tea. It tasted horrible and even somewhat like coffee. They did take it off my bill. But I ordered a ice water And after a while waiting for it I had to find the waitress To get it for me.The waitress was very friendly though And apologized.This ihop is somewhat hidden and can be easily missed. It shares a small strip center with a they Subway and a German restaurant.

Visited there tonight with my son and husband, VERY rude waitress!! I felt profiled for my skin color, she barely made an effort to takeour order, disrespected my husband rushed us to order and never actually came to our table. She did not make me feel welcomed! Hopefully she has a better tomorrow.
We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at IHOP while visiting my father and brother whom we haven't seen in a few years.We stayed at our table longer than usual but our waiter was extremely kind, patient and attentive. Even though it was busy at times, all of the staff was pleasant and took care of everyone professionally.
Our server was amazing. The other members of staff were really nice too. The bathroom was super clean. The food was tasty. One of the best IHOP experiences I’ve ever had.
Ooh for me this location was the best, simply because it was not full at the time I went lol ?(7am) so happy for that and the food was Grrrrrreat
Excellent restaurant. Came here today (Sunday morning) restaurant is busy but despite there being a lot of people, they took our order within 5 minutes, brought our drinks and food arrived hot within 15 minutes from being seated.The food was good and the waitress was polite and attentive. This restaurant is very well recommended.
Walked in along with 2 people in front of us. Both parties seated right away. The restaurant was not busy, but did have 1 large party. We were never even acknowledged despite being one table away from the large party. We sat for 20 minutes watching the servers complain about their job and hating it there. Nobody even came to get a drink order from us. Desperately needs some new or at the very least some type of management. Walked out and ended up at Wendy’s which provided way better customer service.
This IHOP is supposedly newly remodeled. We went there to have dinner. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We walked in and a gal standing near the kitchen said she would be with us in a minute as she sat there talking to the other employee and cleaning syrup containers. We continued to wait and my wife said hello. The gal said give me a minute. I guess talking to your friends and cleaning things is more important than serving the only customers they had. We decided that the service wasn't going to get any better so we started to walk out as she finally decided to start to come and seat us. We said no thanks and walked out. She could care less. I guess they really don't care about serving customers. Like a pretend restaurant. Crazy.
