Came here with my fiancée after having the best wings ever a few months ago. This time.. we sat in the exact same spot and didn’t have any service for 10 minutes. Went inside to the hostess stand to confirm we seat ourselves and she confirmed it. Sat back down for another 5ish minutes, looks from the servers but NO ONE came to serve us. We ended up leaving as if we had never stepped foot inside the restaurant. Sad to say we’ll never be back here.
Great service and the food was delicious. Arrived around noon and the restaraunt was maybe half full. Picked our own table and received great service.
Dirty tables, sloooow service, no straws with your drink... You know, the basics. LMAO Worse yet, BOTH managers on duty stood there behind the bar doing nothing watching Tori busting her @ss just to get drinks out to the tables. I would have probably chosen ranch or blue cheese to go along with my wings, but never had the option. *sigh* Some kitchen worker just came out and plopped down two bowls of wings and walked away. (Meanwhile Tori is still laboring over drinks for the tables, waitresses waiting for those drinks, and two managers standing here chatting with them. And, the wings were TINY! Not a supply issue because I was just at LBC in Palm Harbor and they were HUGE there. Just corners being cut apparently. Geez, I feel like I should use one of these wet wipes to clean the table when I'm done for the next person... the staff sure won't. Wow. Lots of other great restaurants popping up and in business already all over St. Pete. Maybe Hooters has become complacent and lost their competitive edge... or appreciation for us, their customers.
Would give no stars. The food was awful. We ordered fried pickles you could tell they have been sitting there for awhile they was cold when they arrived at the table. When the wings arrived at the table the curly fries where cold and old. Never coming back again.
I was with a large group of friends for a Ray's Watch Party. The food was hot and excellent, and the waitresses were prompt, on point, and smiling with a thank you! Excellent job, Hooters. Our waitress' name was Ashton. She was outstanding! Kudos to the management for a job well done.
Due to life circumstances haven’t been able to visit my local hooters for over 5 years and finally after landing back home it was my first stop.Don’t fix it if ain’t broke. Certainly, nothing broke here. Food same if not better as before. Served by Tiffany, gorgeous, hardworking and polite girl. Place was very busy full of happy faces and she still managed to check on every patron multiple times. We are lucky to have hooters in our neighbourhood! Thanks to all hardworking boys and girls that made my comeback truly enjoyable.
Got food delivered by doordash. Everything was delicious and fresh. I’m impressed. Didn’t have high expectations after reading the reviews. Daytona wings were so good. Mozzarella sticks were crunchy and fully filled with mozzarella. Great first time experience
Shouldn't let their employees be on their phones while they are working, is the second time I please an order to go and the don't give me what I asked for. Why? Because was paying more attention to her phone than to what I was ordering. And the person in the kitchen, tell them to learn how to fry the curly fries, they was still non cooked.
Absolutely horrible. Both my guest and I ate the chicken hers on a salad and I got the boneless wings. We both lost our food within about 10 minutes of leaving. Something was wrong with the chicken but we couldn't quite place it do to the sauce. Won't go back.
They should clarify that their “Boneless Buffalo Wings” in the family meal are actually just little thin grilled chicken niblets. It was an embarrassment when we got home with a “family meal” to find one piece of grilled chicken cut into 20 pieces. Theyre not boneless wings lol. Shameful
