I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza for my employees and had my dad pick it up. I was told when I called and ordered to make sure he know the pick up name and that it was paid for. He goes to pick up our pizza gave the lady the name it was under and tells her it is paid for. She tells him after going and getting the pizza , “next time know what was ordered”. There will not be a next time because of that ladies disrespect towards my father. The pizza was fantastic, but I refuse to suppose any business that an employee was allowed to be disrespectful to anyone.
Love this pizza. We come to visit twice a year and we look forward to this truly delicious treat. My son loves Margherita pizza and I order a pep and mushroom. Delicious! Thank you.
I am not a pizza lover except for Gianni's. They offer a variety of pizzas by the piece and will make special ones to your specs. This is not a "fine dining" upscale place, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are low, and they have take-out orders by phone. Their small restaurant would be easy to miss in this medium to small shopping center. They have a web site where you can see their offerings. All their serving sizes are ample. We order more dinners then pizza and have always been happy with what they offer. They even have a gluten free crust option. Our favorite pizza was their Sicilian square with just cheese and bacon.
Decent pizza not the greatest service. Used to go there regularly 9 years ago and was better. Recently got my regular pizza w chicken & it was gross that I only took 1 bite. The “chicken” on top looked like cat food and it has never before. Sure turned me off from visiting again.
Best NY style pizza I've had. Pizza always hot and tasty when you pick up on time. Generous portions. YUM! Staff friendly and caring, even when slammed with customers. Laura is the best!
After trying many pizza places I think we finally found the best. We had a medium Gianna Five pizza. Fresh ingredients, real cheese with authentic sauce. Pleasant and accommodating staff.
Great little Mom and Pop Pizza and Sub shop.I had the Philly cheese steak and it was outstanding.
Pizza was OK, with the rating I was expecting better. Ordered fries as well and they were very very greasy and thus the lower star rating.
Second time coming here and it’s now our families pizza fridays spot! Pizza is phenomenal and service is top notch! As I said it was our second time coming in and the girl possibly manager remembered us… she know don’t cut our pizza and she is awesome if she’s reading this! See you Friday ?
