I would give it another try, seeing the other great reviews. For me it was ok. Ordered the Carni and while the sauce on first bite had good flavor, there wasn’t enough. Toppings were ok. Also the crust was ok as well. Size was ok. Definitely a medium size. The pizza maker was friendly when I picked up and everything did look very clean!
This place should have had good pizza. The toppings are good but the crust is just completely flavorless and rubbery. Our pizzas were also undercooked. The nice ingredients don't have a good base and it is ruining everything. It's also quite expensive for the quality, basically its pizza is beaten out by fast casual chains like pieology, mod, blaze, etc that have a much lower cost. Extremely disappointed. I have no idea why anyone would give this place a 5 star.
Fabrica has excellent, authentic pizzas, fresh and satisfying salads, and delicious desserts (I highly recommend the Nutella pizza!)! The service is also outstanding. Make sure you stop here on your next trip to St. Petersburg!
This is a great place after enjoying a nice walk around downtown St. Pete. We've discovered this gem about a year ago and it's our go to pizza place now. The pizza has fresh ingredients, the crust is just right and the staff is super friendly. We like sitting at the bar watching them do their magic.
This is one and only pizzeria that I will eat pizza in St. Pete. The dough is supreme. It reminded me of pizzas in Florence Italy. Also, they glhave create your own pizza and I usually go with 4 different cheese on. Service is great and they have indoor and outdoor tables.
Never ever write reviews and im not a robot that a business paid to post this. But hoooolllyyyy shiiiitttt this pizza may be the best i have ever had. Got the meatballs the cinnamon bread knot things and two pizzas and got it delivered. pizza is never that good when its delivered but not this….. OOOOOHHH NOOO idk if it was because i was drunk but i literally dreamed of having more last night it was so good. Everything including the marinara was just calculated. Thank you fabricas…..
A bit over priced in my opinion, but the food was good. Staff was helpful, however I ordered pick-up on the company website and was charged SIX times. Manager says the other 5 charges will fall off....so here I am 5 days later with a $300 hold on my debit card because I chose pizza for dinner. Won't be returning because of this.
The literal definition of amazing pizza and service. 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good pizza and atmosphere! I have never left there without being 100% satisfied.
Dough knows. Jen and her team here churn out Neapolitan style pizzas fast and incredibly well. Super professional operation catering a little too much to mainstream toppings. But just ask for what you want and wow.They have a menu and specials but just go in and ask for what YOU want. 3-5 mins later devour it there, or reheat at 400 for 3 minutes at home.The dough is fantastic, the staff are so accommodating . You won’t notice The boss, nor should you.
Our first time ordering here. Order Margarita pizza and tried a side of meatballs. Excited about trying local new place. The pizza and the sauce was sooo salty we couldn’t eat either of them. Will try again to see if it was just a bad day but not impressed on the first visit. Delivery was great. Gave us a time and beat it by 12 minutes
