Pretty damn good chicken service is a little bit slow when they're really busy but other than that you're in and out pretty quick the biscuits are to die for cuz they are by far best biscuits that you can get anywhere always ended up buying four more cuz what they give you ain't just enough then I bring home warm them up and haven't went tomorrow's dinner oh so good keep up the good work there at churches shoot me don't have a drive-thru at this location on Central

Been there before whenever I'm in the St. Pete area. No Church's chicken nearby where I live. Good is ALWAYS good and hot.
The staff is exhausted. The staff was irritated. The staff was overworked. The menu was extremely limited. The wait was long. I really felt horrible for this location, this was a unpleasant visit.
I'd refuse to go here again because each time I visit I get chicken that clearly has been sitting under the geat lamp for quite some time, it was hard and dry. But for once this time it was good and the young lady at the window was extremely nice I wish I had saved my receipt for her name but her customer service was impeccable.
Excellent chicken, staff, and price. Took a 25 minute wait for a 12 piece bucket though...
While the food was good, the place seemed short staffed and the building is in obvious need of an update. Not unsanitary, but appears grungy and rundown.

Went there with a coupon, they were out of coke slaw. But I was a hardworking fastfooder some years ago, so I don't hold it against them, especially with lack of workers currently.
The last thing you expect to hear when walking into a fast food restaurant is that theyve run out of chicken, the only thing they are supposed to serve!! I walked in there last night to pick a rather large Uber Eats delivery and the girl working the front counter automatically says, " I have 3 pieces of chicken left and We're Closed"! I advise her I'm there to pick up an Uber order and she yells at me that they have had issues with the uber server all night and they dont have it nor can they fulfil it. It's not what she said but how she said it situation, had she been more pleasant in attitude I wouldnt be typing this review. I had to sit in the parking lot for a solid 10 minutes so I could get Uber support to cancel the order as I already had another one I had picked up and even though this girl told me they were closed she waited almost 15 minutes to even lock the doors, there was another woman in there waiting for her food but she wasn't in there more than 5 mintes after I walked out so why wait so ling to lock the doors if your out of the main item you serve? All I can really say is if I have to go back to this particular location I hope I don't have to deal with tje same person, or even if I do I hope she uses a little more tact in her demeanor next time.
