I never got to eat. Why? I’m a driver delivering prescriptions to hospice patients in S. St. Pete. I was hungry sinI stopped to get something I could eat in the car. I also needed to use the restroom, which they have but do not allow the public to use. If I can’t use the facilities, I can’t spend money. That’s a load of nonsense!!
Rude customer service at the drive thru window on 6/24 2:30pm. Had an attitude the whole time then when i asked for honey with the 3 extra biscuits i ordered she gave me 1 packet… When i asked for a couple of more she rolled her eyes and said “there’s honey on the biscuits”. It’s not my fault you chose to work at Churchs Chicken
Haven't eaten from here in about 3 yrs and it's the same thing...wrong order, no ketchup, no honey, no hot sauce, drive thru doesn't work...SMH Workers were great though
As a frequent visitor to St.Pete. A senior citizen and veteran. My sisters and i made a stop at this place. We make it a point to stop at random places on our return back to Sarasota. On our way back home. We stopped at this restaurant for lunch. Well the lounge was blocked off. And they refused me to use the restroom. Had to go to the Wawa down the road on U.S.19. Fortunately i made it. I did not buy anything from them after the refusal. They were willing to take my money. But i could not use y Facilities. No thanks. This is not 1960. I did not tell my sisters what happen until we left. They were not happy. They wanted to go back. But i told it's okay. I just won't go there anymore. So if you want to go there. Enter at your risk....
Better than Kings or KFC. The drive through wait always seems to be excessive, but it's worth the wait! The staff has always been pleasant.
We waited ten mins in the driveway had to park and walk inide. The Cashier was rude!!. Out of chicken breast at 6:15 pm on Saturday evening and apple pies as usual!
It was Church's. ? I asked for 2 piece meal, I got 3. Wondered why was so much...that explains it. Surly employee at window. Slow as molasses. I heard someone ask for chicken strips but they were out. They also didn't have sweet tea! Lot was clean, but drive thru was...for lack of better word...raggedy.
It was the best fried chicken we had tasted.. Delicious, Cooked Great , mash potatoes, okra , bombers !!Awesome !! Will buy again and again!!

We were at the drive through today and they have the most unprofessional staff I have ever met in my life. Everytime I’m in St. Petersburg I stop at this church’s on the south side this evening the guy working the drive thru caught an attitude with my husband because their speaker on their drive thru is a piece a crap and he couldn’t hear. He was screaming at my husband until we pulled around the window and I had to politely correct his errors just ghetto if you ask me.
