The staff was friendly, and made my order quick. However, the chicken in my bowl had quite a bit of fatty parts that probably should have been trimmed off. Ewww. I got a bag of chips with my meal and they were a tad stale, disappointing as they are usually super fresh and crispy. Must have just been an off day, since they are usually on point.
$9 for this small bowl, and when I said it looked little, they said it was a full portion size and they’d “have to upcharge to add more”. This is also after a server tried to ignore that I asked for fajitas with it. Chipotle has become expensive, like really.
I love Chipotle, however....this location sucks! They are always low or out of inventory on food items. My review is based mainly on the cross contamination I've witnessed here, several times. I'm a Vegetarian, I prefer my guacamole not to have traces of cheese or sour cream in it! Also, employees could use more basic common sense, regarding cross contamination. I've witnessed employees serving food, not changing their dirty gloves, not cleaning the food prep area. This location is just filthy! I enjoy Chipotle....but I'll skip this location, from now on. Smh.
Since they close at 11pm, I expected to get hot food at 8:48 but they were too worried about cleaning and "being able to walk out the door at 11". I got bad service, cold food that was served from an already broken down line and with my 2 salads I was told I could only have 3 dressings..they would need to charge me for the 4th. Because it is "per customer" no matter how many items you order, lol! Thankfully, he "let me slide" this time and didn't charge me. I assure you, there will not be a next time.

I worked here a while back and all I can say is that this restaurant has consistently went down hill over the course of the last couple of years. I'd rather drive over to Seminole then eat from this store. Extremely poor hygiene practices, food is never cooked correctly, ether burnt to sin or raw, and it always looks trashed. They only ever get their act together when someone from another store is visiting or the ecosure expector..I feel sorry for the few people here that know what they are doing because they are carrying this store. They have to work double sometimes triple in order to make up for the short comings of those who are only there for a paycheck.
Chipotle started as a great company with reasonably priced healthy food.. unfortunately, like every other company who is in just for the money, their principles have changed. The food is way less quality, the amount / price is ridiculous now. Customer service is a joke. They have dozens of people working in there, yet the drinks station is always out of something. Third time in a row i went there and they didn't have a single fork. You go back to ask for one and they look at you annoyed.The owners/managers need to go in the stores and look at what their employees are doing. I'm done with Chipotle.
I've never had as many problems with any other Chipotle location as I have with this one, and the problems are usually with the meat. Multiple times the steak or chicken was dried out and chewy, like it was yesterday's meat reheated. Last night the barbacoa in my to-go order was cold. Not like sat-out-too-long, room temp cold, but scooped directly out of a dish in the walk-in freezer cold. Like the meat had been sitting on ice to get it that cold. Who wants icy meat in their tacos!? I honestly think that must have been what they did. And the tiniest portions! I could barely find the meat under all the lettuce. Three tacos with a small spoon of freezing cold meat each, piddly little dollops of guac that got lost in all the lettuce, and only one of our three tacos had sour cream on it like we ordered. And the chips were so stale and chewy as to be completely inedible. I stopped ordering from here because of all the problems, but then they sent me a BOGO entree offer, so we decided to use it. It wasn't worth it. This location really needs to get its act together.
This location is always great. Pretty quick and always great food! The parking can be a bit challenging, but as long as you scope it out, it’s easy to park over to the right side and walk across.
Ordered takeout online tonight which was super convenient and my order was ready on time. I’m suspicious that my order was actually ready very soon after I placed it because when I got home the burrito was cold. The burrito was also torn so the fillings were falling out. Additionally, the chips and guac I ordered were stale, I went back in for a second bag of chips and those were also stale… I’m not sure if there’s any hope for tonight’s lazy dinner.
