I don’t know what happened to this place. Within the past 2 weeks it has deteriorated quickly. The staff barely gives you any food anymore. I literally saw the bottom of my bowl cause it was so empty. The girl making my bowl also kept yawning into the ingredients, which is kind of gross.
I usually have no problems with this place, but three times now they have put meat in my burrito. I haven’t had meat in 4 years so you can imagine my disgust when I realized I was eating chicken and not sofritas tonight. You cannot mess this up.
Would you like soggy veggies? Super rude staff? Missing ingredients? What about half cooked, rock hard rice? Don’t forget the dirty tables! This is literally the worst chipotle location I have ever been to. It is worth driving to another location, trust me.
We will take our business elsewhere!!My husband and I regularly go there at least once or twice a week. Today my husband went on his own for a chicken cheese quesadilla. He couldn’t hear staff what she was saying under the mask so he asked her again. Then another staff rudely said to him “we don’t do quesadilla at the moment without explanation but my husband saw they took one out for the customer in front of him so he asked the staff what is that. They said “oh that’s special order”. My husband then asked “well can I have the special order too then?” They told him the same as they don’t do quesadilla at the moment and that’s that.We usually go there for food and tried to ignore some some of staff who looked like they didn’t want to be there. I work in food industry myself and understand it’s hard when you earn minimum wage but at my work we don’t have this kind of attitude. How do you expect people to tip you when you give customers attitude. Doesn’t matter how busy you are there’s no excuse because maybe you’re not the only one who’s having a bad day.
Treating customers with aggression saying things like “boy I swear”, when they mess up your order and decide to throw away product instead of fulfilling request of customer. So when a customer is dissatisfied your employees respond with underlying aggressions. “Boy I swear”. Thank you to the cashier that noticed my frustration and decided to give me my order free of charge. But now your business is out two order with no charge, instead of just making it right the first time. I come here 4x a week by the way sometimes. It’s disgusting they way they treat me as a repeat customer. Rude service for simply asking nicely,please and thank you included..
We went to Chipotle for lunch as we are working in the area, it is a very casual atmosphere it was busy but the service was fast and the food was outstanding in every way?? ?
Food is good. Guy at the register was very nice and helpful. The others need to SLOW DOWN! We were ordering for 3 people. It wasn't that busy (we were the only car in the parking lot when we came) and before I could even finish our order she was waiting on the guy behind me. Ask me if I'm done. Don't assume because there are only 2 of us that we aren't ordering for someone else too.
So on our lunch break came to this chipotle and wow talk about rude. I live in south Tampa where we have a reputation of being rude and snotty. But this place was unreal not only was I the only person in line but was being rush and given an attitude. Then once I proceeded to cash out was met with another attitude when asked is y’all except Apple Pay. Customer service was absolutely trash and we were treated as if we were an annoyance and they seem to really hate their jobs…… do better
Wow, just wow. Most likely will not be back. Order messed up and missing items, no phone call to let us know they were out of guacamole and black beans. Messed up two burrito bowls where my son's steak bowl and my husband's bowl were basically backwards. Three out of 4 bags of chips were stale and not edible. Disappointed in this location and now to get a refund because we paid for guacamole you have to call a special phone number. When your kids ask for a particular place and end up not getting to eat what they ordered, it makes for a hard dinnertime but thankfully we rotated food around so that everyone was able to eat. Not worth the hassle and frustration. So disappointed.
One of the better Chipotles. Friendly staff, fresh hot ingredients. Burrito, chips, and guacamole very good. Tried the new Pollo Asada, couldn’t really tell much difference from the regular. Tasted delicious!
