Love this place the overall service is excellent. My experience tonight was awesome. The crew had me in and out. I had one odd thing happen with #onions but the management was super.
Only way to get what you want at this location is to actually go there in person. Delivery orders are consistently messed up, leaving out items like chips and guacamole that they charge for. My most recent order was missing the only two toppings on my bowl (cheese and guacamole) and felt like it just came out of a refrigerator. I called the store and my only options were to come in and get it remade, which defeats the purpose of me paying for delivery, or be “put it a logbook,” whatever that means. I love chipotle, but getting it delivered is like playing Russian Roulette with 5 bullets instead of 1.
They don't always have all the available options most Chipotle chains do. This is a very busy location, so make sure you plan on extra time. I wouldn't recommend a lunch break visit if you're on the clock.
Ordered 4 burritos for my family the other day through the app and got basically a tortilla with a fraction of beans in each. They completely skimped out on anything besides beans. Each bite was literally just tortilla. Also ordered chip & guac and got no chips and a half cup of guac. Nice. Save your Pennies where you can I guess. You bet I’ll be going next door to Taco Bell next time
This place is horrible. The last two times I’ve ordered online the burritos have been surprisingly small. Barely any rice or vegetables and only a few pieces of chicken. They figured a double wrapped burrito would hide the fact that there’s nothing in it. Very disappointing. I get you want to save money but screwing over your customers is not how you run a business.

I placed my catering order about a week ago for delivery today. The ordered was scheduled to be delivered at 11am. At 11:15 I gave the store a call to inquiry about my order and all I received was a nonchalant attitude. Her attitude made me believe that she didn't care my order was late and that it was waiting to be picked up by a third party. In no way did they try to provide any help with the situation. This is the same attitude I was meet with upon arrival. I went an picked up the order and the first thing I'm greeted with is multiple people stating I needed to pay. That's all they were worried about no apology for having a delivery order placed way in advance not being fulfilled correctly no nothing.
I ordered a veggie bowl and they put meat in it ?Also, the lady who handed me my bag was very rude. Usually I love chipotle but I'll think twice before going back. Especially this location.
Really unfortunate this store has gone downhill so much in the past 2 months. Ordered 2 bowls (2 separate orders in the past) with no cheese (dairy allergy) and somehow got more cheese than the person who ordered cheese on theirs. Recently I stopped by, and asked for mild and medium salsa on a bowl and got medium and hot sauce, and the person at the register was too busy texting to give me my receipt or say anything to me.
Anytime I have mobile ordered Chipotle or have had it delivered, there has always been a problem! For today, I had a whole part of my order missing!!! OUTRAGEOUS! Before it’s either been wrong or very very VERY small portions! I’ve been trying to brush it off, but this has been like this for too long, Chipotle! If 0 stars was an option, I definitely would’ve chosen that. Getting it delivered off of uber eats or anything else is also especially hard because if they mess up your order, the only thing that can happen is a refund instead of getting the food you ACTUALLY wanted and ORDERED! You NEED to fix these problems!
