Worst service I’ve ever had at any chik fil a I’ve ever been to and that’s pretty hard to say. plus they charged my card for the incorrect amount. workers completely lied and had me waiting forever while others all got there food
My wife and I had a spicy chicken sandwich. That night we both threw up.sick for 2 days.
Very disappointed. Ordered chicken nugets and childs meal mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was burnt topping from baking it very nasty, the size of the nuggets was so small i was very disappointed. They fogot the chocolate milk with the kids meal. And really the kids playground is still closed!
This place is terrible. Went to use the restroom (really had to go) and there was no toilet paper. Really disappointed (while dining in). Another time I was using the drive thru and had to wait fifteen minutes for the employees to figure out that the guest in front of me ordered a milkshake instead of hash browns. Then proceeded to mess up my order. Won’t be dining here again. Shame to see this place fall from grace…
Food was very fresh. Ordered 3 chicken biscuits meals and 2 mini chicken biscuits meals & also bought some bags of their ice.
Haven't been to a Chic fil a in quite awhile. Clean store, friendly staff, helped with going through menu. We were doing takeout, staff made suggestions about menu, and once order was complete offered me their military discount (I am a Vet), it was really nice to be noticed. The chicken sandwiches were great, as were the waffle fries. The Frosty Lemonade was "off the hook", never had one of theirs and I found it to be exceptional, maybe not everyone will, but I really enjoyed it. Overall a great experience and good "fast" food.
I don't think I have ever had a 100% correct order from this location. It doesn't matter if it's delivery, pick up, drive thru, or dine-in, something is ALWAYS missing. ALWAYS. Today it was our waffle fries, usually it's the fries.
Professional, courteous and on top of it. We feel lucky to have found such a great account manager . Made $15,430 at in just few days of investing with the minimum of $1,500. Thank you, Mrs. Katie George! Contact her now Email:[email protected] Whatsapp: +1 [857] 547 8795
My husband and I were on a getaway visiting St. Pete Beach from Indiana. We went through the drive-thru and placed an order. The young lady who took our order was nice. But the young man at the window was less than the typical Chick-fil-A employee. I ordered a medium combo with a Cloudberry drink (seasonal). When the young man handed me my drink, I asked what size it was as it was a in a smaller plastic cup. He said, "the only size this comes in...." I said, "Oh. Ok. I ordered a medium." He said, "Well." And that's it, he just stared at me. We were heading out for the day and I was thirsty so I said, "OK. Can I please just have a lemonade and sweet tea mix?" He rolled his eyes and came back and handed me the cup. I said, "Thank you." And he still just stood there. I will never visit another Chick-fil-A in Florida again. I don't know if it's a Midwest thing to be polite and say, "My Pleasure" with a smile or what. But this young man made me want to take my hard earned money and go ANYWHERE else than Chick-fil-A. He lacked customer service and common courtesy.
Tony Menendez,ZERO STARSApril 13, 2022 you charged me $30.77 for one gallon of lemonade and one 4 count chicken minis. When I caught the Overcharge in the drive-thru (mow and blow guys were all around building), they said they charged me for four, 4 count chicken minis and a gallon of lemonade. They "refunded" the $30.77 and charged me $13.45, assuring me that my account had not been double charged and there was a refund.April 19, 2022 and the final charges are in:No Refund. Charged $30.77. No charge for $13.45. WOW. Unprofessional, thievery, poor employee comprehension? What am I supposed to think? You owe me $17.32.There is no fixing the distress, stress, unhappiness and disappointment in your store, and my poor customer experience that day. At least do the right thing and refund the overcharge.Former Customer of this disappointing location, who threw the receipt away in the belief that this enterprise was professional and above board.Such is life in America post-covid.
