As far as food they are great. But as far as the interview process. The guy who interviewed me today was very rude and made me feel very belittled. His facial expressions also were not very nice. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a job interview before. I definitely will not be working for that location. They need someone more professional and not so rude to manage and interview!
Staff is mostly nice and you get your food pretty quick most of the time. They need to stop putting napkins on top of the "Large Fries" container. When you order Large fries you should get large fries, not small fries with napkins stuck in the top to fill it in. It's happened a few times so now I have to check it every time I order Large. You should get what you pay for.
Now I go to chick FIL a at least 3 times a week and my friend recently told me this location has went down hill however it's closest to my house and on my way to work I ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon I received a salad with of course no bacon but also no egg and I completely understand the inflation of prices but $10 for this ? I had to go back inside and ask them for the egg and expressed how small the salad was they added the egg and sent me on my way currently deleting the CFA APP thanks
This restaurant chain is not what it used to be. It used to be the exception relative to other fast food restaurants from the cleanliness to the appearance of the staff to the quality of the food. My recent trip.....staff that had questionable appearances, impolite and uneducated with regard of some products being sold. Also, had issues with the quality of the food items. Spoke with a "manager" and that was an experience in itself.......all I can do is shake my head. They were always more costly but it was always worth it but now, I can't justify spending the extra money......I might as well go to Burger King or Wendy's......not much difference.Shame on you, Chick-fil-A.And, this will complete the picture.....I am 100% certain that I will not hear from anyone from this company which proves that they don't really care anymore. I'm sure the founder is rolling over in his grave.
The past few times we have had ordered here were great. The food is not too heavy, yet fills you up and taste great. Will be going here more often in the future
Happy to say Saturday night staff was the 1st time my Ice Dream Quart Size was Actually what I paid for & not half full. I was So Surprised, thanks Saturday 5/23 Staff!! Mon to Fri only fills half the cup

This place is a joke. Ordered food for my daughter because of serious backpain that hindered me from driving...never got it. Was basically called a liar for calling and saying we never received it. Was told I had to wait the next day for Robert who would call me, and for them to investigate their GPS system of their driver. No call, no apology for the accusations, and I had to call the store myself! He said he emailed, checked with my daughter, no email. Extremely disappointed with it all.
This is usually a good service restaurant but today i ordered a chik fila biscut and this is what got. Biscuit no chicken
Great place and great food, love the workers and environment inside.One complaint that made me deduct a star: The manager, his name is Jonathan, is honestly very rude and seems like he does not like his job or even his coworkers, I see him giving attitude to everyone everytime I come in, honestly dampens my own mood. Do better!
