Typical Chick-fil-A high level service, fresh and delicious food, and a great value. Went with a group of co-workers and we were eating within 10 minutes of walking in. My salad was fresh and delicious. Chick-fil-A should be running this Country.
This location constantly does this. Ordered here last night and there were less fries in my large fry than there would have been in a medium!
We did curbside pick up for an after school treat. I asked for extra cups to split milkshakes for my kids and they went ahead and split them before bringing them out. It was a really nice gesture. This location is really involved in the community here. Very organized and staff is wonderful.
Not the fastest location I've been to, but it's the same great Chick-Fil-A taste I'm used to!
Food is good. However, I don't understand why the inside [which resembles a store room] is still closed even though COVD is no longer limiting other restaurants in the Tampa Bay area? Workers are not wearing masks....The drive-thru is well managed.
Chik-Fil-A is always consistently good with food and customer service wise. They should be the role model for how to train employees to be polite and efficient. The employees are always pleasant, have a clean appearance, and their business runs like a well oiled machine 99% of the time at every location.
Busy as always. My only disappointment with the drive-thru is that it feels rushed. After I ordered from the limited menu that the customer representative had, I pulled up and saw other choices not readily visible on the handheld menu. I was unable to try something new, because it was not offered or easily noticed. Other than that the service was fine, but I would still like to be able to choose from a full menu if it is available.
Love it love it love it.... That place is a machine. I've never seen a fast food restaurant work so well. They got it down to a science in and out with a line wrapped around the place all day.
Always very courteous and professional, you can tell that the employees love where they work. I've been to this many many times and the food has always been fresh and hot. I went again last week knowing the lobby has been closed due to Covid and it was the first time I received the wrong type of strips and I don't mind spicy but after trying to eat one it was way too much. But I'll be back it was very busy and even though it was busy they were still providing great service, i will just reconfirm what I've ordered. Nowadays most fast food places are way understaffed and the workers act like they are doing you a favor but not here.
Earlier today I ordered some fries, Mac n cheese, nuggets, and a sandwich to share with my friend (delicious btw). We ordered curbside and I remembered that I forgot to ask for sauces. Marc brought us our food and as I started asking for sauce, he said that he already gave us some in the bag. I was so surprised and amazed at how kind he was and he knew that I was going to ask for sauces. My friend wanted buffalo (which he did not put in the bag) and he went above and beyond to get her buffalo sauce. He did it all with a smile on his face. He knows the true value of customer service and made our day. Thank you Marc! :)
