The only reason they got one star is cuz I have to give something just to rate it. This location and pretty much every location of checkers I've been at lack the ability to serve the public a quality burger and fries.
The manager was so rude— she didn’t even let us finish saying our order. She kept cutting us off and yelling at us that she already had gotten our order. Absolutely zero customer service skills
This was the slowest worst experience with fast food ever. Not only did they have an automated order take, but they botched the order and we waited in line for over 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. Horrible experience.
As always the food was unlike any other fast food chain restaurant I've visited all the way from East of Niagara Falls in Canada down to Florida and all the way West of Kansas City Kansas and service was A+++. Super Friendly staff
I said, "King me!" And the girl behind the counter unfortunately didn't know what to do. Oh, to live a carefree lifestyle such as one that never considers to explore the Wonder Full experience that comprises all the many subtle nuances generating such powerful necessities of stragegem in order to overcome the nemesis seated directly across from you.
Good late night. Always open. Much better than the other location at 35th Ave and 34th St. I'll drive by that one to go to this one since this location is more reliably open late night
Staff was hiding from the order window stood in 98° sun for 10 min before some one took my order with only one car in the drive thru all while everyone just walk around the store laugh he he haha
I love checkers and will continue to visit but, everytime i go there I have a issue with a manager. She is extremely rude and I don't see how she figured she should get a job in hospitality because she has absolutely no customer service skills.When a person spending their money at your establishment you should atleast show them some appreciation and she just is not capable. The food was hot and prepared well and always is when I go there but, she definitely taints the experience.On the other hand there s a gentleman there who sounds like he's from up north he is good and I have seen him go out of his way to accommodate a customer several times. If he's not a manager he should be. Good employee and he handle stress well.
Homless man asking for money in drive thru and upon exit another. An automated teller takes your order, then a very silent staff that moves at record slow speeds will stick their hands out for your payment then again to hand you your food without pleasantries of any type. Meanwhile I held my manners used my please, Thank you, and ma'am. Maybe im wrong, I should be as rude as they are?
If you hatin on checkers, then you don’t know what you’re messing with. Other places I woulda spent forty smackers for this deliciousness — at checkers it’s 20. I’m telling you. Get your behind over here and get you some checkers.I will say, check your order. Twice they’ve got it wrong now, so just check your bag.
