The food as always was great, and Jackie in car side was great, she did a great job making sure everything we asked for was in bag. I appreciate it and all the hard work on all my orders. It was especially nice getting home and everything I asked for was done and service with a great smile and a great dinner. Thanks again and will be back again. Great job guys thanks again.
Ordered dinner this evening, to start i called in my order, it took three times of me being transferred to curbside before getting my order taken as I suppose the other two employees I spoke with were incapable of doing so. Upon picking up my order, I opened the curbside door and there were 3 employees there, the one girl that was working takeout, a hostess and one server. Not once was I acknowledged by any of the employees that were right there, I had to speak up and state that I was picking up my order even though I was standing in the doorway with the door open and all employees standing there not acknowledging me. The hostess handed me my food and then finally the curbside girl took my payment, when trying to hand my receipt back with the tip no one was grabbing it from me even though the curbside girl was right in front of me and I was stretching my arm out to her so she could take it from me so I went ahead and placed it on the table right next to the door. Once I arrived home I was very disappointed with my meal, I received a ramekin with a few sprinkles in it of the seasoning for the bread, should of just left it out the bag with how empty it was. The chicken I had was about the size of the ramekin. The only great thing about my meal was the steak. I’ve never had the experience that I’ve had tonight from this establishment, highly disappointed all around.
our server cam was the best! always came to check up on us, and i know it can be a little annoying to have 4 teenagers sit at ur table but she was the nicest person i have had as a server and i highly recommend her to anyone coming in!! food was also great! 5 stars for the nicest service received.
Carrabba’s never disappoints! I’ve ordered take out for the first time and the portion of the pasta was so much! I asked them if they could give me light sauce and less meat which is weird haha. But they accommodated my needs! So good !!!!
Worst experience ever!!! If i could give -5 i wouldTook my nephew for his Elementary Graduation and just to begin with they had us sitting on a table for 20 min without even offering drinks more people would come in and they will help them and get their food.We had to get the managers attention to be even offered drinks …Waiters will pass by and look the opposite way and when the manager finally spoke to the waiters as of why they didn’t took care of us they started staring and talking while we were still not been take care of.I have lived in florida for half my life and for first time in my life felt some kind of racism agains my persona and my family discrimination just because the color of my skin and my ethnicity.Would not recommend this place if you do not want to have a bad experience.I will say the only reason we stayed is because we had a wonderful waiter Laura that decided to leave her station from the other side of the restaurant to come wait on us even though it wasn’t her area.

I just want to say to all of you people that I have been from many restaurants to eat but in this case,this is the worst place I ever went, my family and I wet there and we ordered ribeye steak and we told the server/waiter medium well that’s temperature we wanted but the grill cooked did not do the temperature how we wanted he/she whoever was it did by his/her way in other words they do not care about the customers.AND THE OUT DOOR MANAGER WAS MAD WITH US FOR THAT!#I don’t really recommend you this place just see by yourself ? is this even a medium well ?
We had a birthday party of 12 and the service was above and beyond what we expected! The food was great, our server was awesome and they even sang Happy Birthday in Italian! We will definitely be back. ??
