Fantastic Italian food! The bread, the soup, my pasta & Chicken Parmesan entree, and the tiramisu for dessert were all first class. As was our waitress, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, but she's from NYC, has a super attitude, made sure I was taken well care of throughout my meal, and made me--a 1st-time customer there--feel special. Normally a meal of this calibre is above my pay grade, but for as often as often as I can afford to go there & treat myself, they now have a regular customer for life. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

UNBELIEVABLE FOOD!!! As authentic as It gets!!! From start to finish this was amazing. Everything made in house. Impeccable pasta , the crab cakes are the best I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere & second to none service. I recommend this place above any in Tampa and actually a lot of other places.

Great food and great service! The bread and sauce together they serve you in the beginning are so good! Nice big menu and everything is good. The fried calamari and mussels were great. The pizza is fantastic and I'm sure everything else is too. I'm just going to have to keep going back and trying different things. A very nice menu as well. Great little cozy spot near Weedon Island, St. Petersburg, FL.

Me and my wife had an amazing meal. I had the baked ziti with eggplant. She had the chicken and spinach canneloni. I am really picky with Italian and this hit the spot. Even the bread was deliscious and very fresh. Everyone around us was commenting good things about their meal as well. Tiffany was our waitress and she was also great. She was Attentive, polite, helpfull, cheerfull, and funny. Two thumbs up. Thanks again. Will be back next time we visit the area.

The food was really amazing. The service was a tad slow but then again they were quite busy. The bread and sauce they bring you is the best. You just can't get enough of it. Portions were great. My son got the shrimp Alfredo and it was loaded with jumbo shrimp. This beats any Italian food I've had anywhere else in the US.

We found this neighborhood Italian place on T/A. It was very crowded but they sat us quickly. Chris was our waitress and though she was running everywhere she managed to take our order and got us fed in reasonable time. The portions were huge and because we were staying in a hotel we were the only people not to leave with a box.

So we arrived at about 5pm on a Friday night. No parking. Had to park at WAWA. We actually took that as a good sign that it was so crowded. Went in and it is not really obvious who you are supposed to see to be seated. A very unfriendly young lady seated us. She was borderline rude. BUT we always allow for that in some fashion, assuming that the food is what matters. Seated at a table for two, noted that the dining room is VERY SMALL. And there is an overpowering odor of musty, moldy, just "old" smell. Think "water leaking". Stayed positive and was given A menu. They did not have enough to go around. Ordered wine and sangria. Wine was watered down. Not sure how, just tasted like in the summer when you add a piece of ice to the glass and it melts. Maybe an old bottle? Not sure. Sangria was a miss, but with such good Sangria elsewhere on 4th, that is a tough competition. We declined an appetizer. Ordered the 10" personal Tutto pizza and the Penne Porto. The crust on the pizza had no flavor. It was not good. I have never seen hubs not finish a personal pizza until this one. The Penne Porto looked really unappetizing. Normally we would not review but it has to be stated: It looked terrible. Brown gravy with pieces of mushroom over what we were assured was fresh pasta. So the "sauce"? It tasted exactly like Campbell's Soup Golden Mushroom Condensed Soup. So I guess some people may like that. I did pick out some of the pasta and I think it was fresh (they order it from somewhere local). Overall, server was very kind and very much overworked. We understand that this is just the new "norm" for now with staffing shortages. We are more willing to linger over a good meal nowadays and just let the servers do their thing as they are able. We did close with a tiramisu which was the worst we have ever had. Had high hopes for this one, but they did not live up to our standards.

Outstanding Valentines day dinner! My husband and I absolutely love Cafe Cibo in St Petersburg Florida. We celebrated Valentines day dinner this evening. We took a table in outdoor covered patio. The seating was intimate and enjoyable. Our dinner started with fresh, warm bread and dipping sauce. Simply delicious and lived up to its reputation. For the entrées, we ordered the Shrimp Alfredo made with fresh pasta and large shrimp and the Chicken Florentine (my husband's favorite). Portions were healthy and didn't leave us wanting (looking forward to some delicious leftovers). We both left enough room for the Tiramsou which was light, airy, and a sweet treat to end our evening. Our service was excellent as usual and we were even treated to our meals being served by the Chef and Owner Frank Schittino (what a very special treat). This will definitely be our Italian dining home away from home. We felt right at home and look forward to going back. Love being locals!

The food is delicious. service was excellent

Wish I could give Frank and his staff 10 stars ! Best Italian food in Florida hands down and a family feel to the cafe .You want real crab cakes? This is the place ! Chicken parm my personal favorite is awesome! Lasagna? It’s fire ! And did I mention the bread and “crack” sauce to dip it in ? It’s habit forming! You say you want a good salad ? The Cesar here is fantastic.Give them a try you won’t be sorry .
