Actually, my wife and I really enjoy going to BWW. However, we are very disappointed with the behavior of this branch: We placed an order via the website last Friday, 7/15/2022. We had specified 7:30 pm as the delivery time. When I had entered my payment details - and only then - we received a delivery confirmation for Saturday, 11:30 am (!). Of course we wanted the order to be placed on Friday evening and not Saturday morning, so we called the branch and tried to change the delivery time. We were told that was not possible. Instead, the branch would cancel our order and we would have to place a new order. So we placed a new order (this time via DoorDash), which was also delivered shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, to date we have not received a refund for our order. After placing the order, I called the branch three more times: once with the General Manager, who assured me that the refund was on the way. So far, however, no refund has been made. I was recently promised that someone would email me again. Unfortunately that didn't happen. We are very disappointed and I think I will have to claim the sales through VISA.
Came here at 9pm on a Saturday night. The place was empty, the only other party was there had a party of 4. We came in and no one to be found at the hostess stand to help us get seated. Waited there for 10 minutes before someone finally seated us. It also took another 15 min to even get a waiter. Overall bad service. How you gonna take 30 minutes to get our change when there’s no one else in the restaurant? Save ur time and money & just go eat somewhere else.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. So far the worst service I have experienced. It was so dead and waited forever to be seated tonight. I DON’T RECOMMEND COMING NO QUICK SERVICE AT ALL !!!????????????
I'll keep it brief,...worst wings I've ever had, and I've had many over the years in all kinds of bars and restaurants. wings skin was soggy and rubbery ,meat inside was also rubbery and lacked any flavor, shouldn't have to battle a wing to get the meat off, borderline inedible,and wings are their specialty?
The Tyrone location is garbage. They tell you to come pick up at a certain time, setting expectations, then when you get there you have to wait an extra half hour. The wings were way over salted and they didn't use the right sauce. I wouldn't even have left this comment, but after waiting forever, i get garbage food too. I had to throw away half of it, inedible.
this place is honestly a jokeI went to this place at around 3 PM, I wanted to treat my family out to a nice meal and heard very good things about this place from my friends. Turns out they were wrong. It was no where near busy (only 2 men by the bar watching a game). I had to wait a good 20 minuets to even be served, the seats by the entrance were uncomfortable they kept wobbling. Almost made my mother fall on the ground, the floors were so sticky and there was no host that attended to myself and my family. The the place honestly smelt like it was rancid and did not have that wing house scent that you would expect. After that long 20 minute wait my family and I sat down to a table that was not even clean yet. The host told me "It's not a big deal we can just clean it while you sit" she said as she flipped her hair, the wads of dandruff literally sprinkled out and onto my son in his mouth, he nearly choked. But what the HECK!? Why would you make customers sit at a table while it's still dirty? Dirty dishes scattered around, ketchup stains, someone even left their dentures in a paper cloth. I wanted to move to a different table but we were neglected. I finally ordered and after 1 hour of my food cooking, I was even more disappointed. My fries were burnt to crisp and they were stiff, my wings look like they could still be clucking, and my salad had maggots in it which I originally thought was parm cheese. I requested to return my food back and my waitress just said to me "Sorry you just have to eat it, we can't remake more food until the next truck comes." How is that my problem? I also kept getting itching feelings down my leg, I looked and there were multiple roaches on the ground. They honestly could have pulled off for being workers, since that's how the actual staff acted anyway. Musty place and dusty workers that don't care about their customers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
I ordered the 20 PC hot wings sand they're literally floating in grease. I became very ill.
Came with a party of 12 mid afternoon while store was empty and was refused service.was told they don't take large parties. They had at least two servers one bartender, and a manager who never came out to speak with me. I have always liked BWW food and so did our group but we might never go back. Btw chili's had no problem accommodating our group and they were busy.
Went to have dinner, not my favorite choice but my nephew likes it so off we went. Stood at the reception area for 15 minutes with several employees walking by and nothing, then a young man walked up and simply stated that they just gave last call and they were closing. This was at 7 PM, the website & sign on the door both state closing time of 12 midnight. If I could give zero stars I would.
Cauliflower is amazing! I eat it nearly every day. Dry Lemon Pepper Wings are also good!
