The food was ok. I had the strawberry French toast. It wasn't like it was pictured. There was strawberry compote everywhere it wasn't sweet and the French toast was bland. I was looking for more vanilla flavoring or something to that effect. The green beans were great and the chicken was very tender even tho the honey wasn't placed on it like we ordered it. The banana bread is exquisite I really went back and forth about buying a loaf! Maybe next time. Overall it was good.
staff not friendly fake smiles snd all. food use to be great we tried the new Honey biscuit Fried Chicken that was overcooked and the corn was old and dry first waitress was unfriendly we had to speak to her she didn't speak to us second waitress was look better but her approach totally disappointed with the meal and service today I think they should just post a sign that say blacks not welcome but that's my opinion
So there I was.... eating food with my mom & sister on Mother's day! The Avocado skillet was AMAZING!! Who would've guessed that cool Avocado underneath two over easy eggs would create a sweet,sweet symphony in my mouth?! But it did...along with the crunch at the end from the crispy hash at the bottom incorporating a nice finishing texture! Brilliant! Mothers must've created the menu because only a mother can take 2 eggs and make them as successful as this Skillet was!It was also Sunday and I just want to give Jesus all the glory! ?? Thank you Jesus for my mom!
First time I visit this chain restaurant. I was looking for a typical American breakfast. They were obviously under staff. Thank goodness we had Lacey as a server running the 3 ring circus by herself who with extremely politeness and dedication still managed to provide personalized service. Food was great and tasty but Lacey service amplified the entire experience.
We will never be back again to Bob Evens. Over a 45 min wait as the hostess with greasy hair and very unprofessionally dressed just scratched out our name without calling us for a table as we were waiting for a booth and she gave ours away to someone else. We were sitting right by the hostess stand. Took another 45 minutes for our food to come and it was terrible. What a joke for for the fruit that came with my meal. Waitress was extremely unfriendly, and treated us like we were a bother. Oh and my husband syrup was served in a cardboard to go bowl, toast burnt and brought me sweet tea and I ordered unsweetened. This place has really gone downhill and we will NEVER be back.

For a home style restaurant it isn't bad. I particularly like their sausage gravy and biscuits also like country fried steak. Service could have been a little friendlier on this last visit.
We were celebrating my best friends birthday!! At Bob Evans they seated us right away, placed us at a good location and gave us plenty of time to order.The food was delicious and delivered hot! We all had a great time and shared a few good laughs. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our time together!!!
I don't want to give even one star!15 minutes to take our drink order.No straw, no sugar or sweetener until I had to ask.And no ice water to begin. Whatttt!!??I noticed right away how unhappy Everyone looked, especially the bus boy.If look could kill!!The food took quite a while to get out to us.When it did arrive it was not good!Our fish was way over done and not very edible. Took it home to my cat!Not impressed one bit and I really doubt we will be back.Save your taste buds and go somewhere else!Total garbage and GROSS!!!When I asked if the cooks wore gloves, the waitress said yes they are supposed to. I saw NO GLOVES BEING WORN!All the waitress at that point started giving me dirty looks. Not a nice place to eat What So Ever!You can do better!Health inspectors will be paying you a nice visit Very Soon!You Never know Who you are serving!
