I have never been greeted so warmly at a fast food restaurant! Shevone made me feel so welcomed and she made my day! I will make a point of visiting this Arby's whenever I'm in the area and I hope to see Shevone again. She was truly wonderful in a time where good, friendly service has almost disappeared. The food was really good, but the service was second to none and I really appreciate it.

Ordered a beef sandwich and the menu shows pink beef, my beef was brown/black with yellow/green fat on the outer edges. Gross!!! I took one bite, spit it out and threw it in the trash. Curly fries were delicious.
I've been here many times and never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is great. My favorites are the roast beef sandwich, Reuben, French dip, jalapeño bites, and the orange cream shake.
Wonderful experience. They were very short staffed and very busy but everyone was very professional and food came out correct and in a timely manner. Monica was the one that helped us. A smile and good customer service goes a long way. Thank you Arbys team.
Asked for no cheese earlier this week. Got cheese. Asked for no cheese today, and confirmed with the rep she heard me, still got cheese. If I eat cheese I'll be in immense pain. Called to politely inform the manager about the issue so they can try and work through it. No answer after an extremely long ringing period. Called twice more and the same result.
Food came out fast and cashier was friendly but our sandwiches were a mess. Sauce all over and meet on only half of the bun. Love Arby's so we will be going back but not as good as it used to be.
I have been watching the ads for the chicken-pecan salad sandwich. I went in today (at 2 pm) and ordered one. I was told they were "out" and haven't made more. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and it was good (as always). A rather disappointing experience.
Went through the drive thru after work and the very upbeat, friendly voice on the speaker was so far above the usual fast food places that it was pleasantly surprising. A refreshing change, in fact, her customer service was 5 star in every way! Her last name was OWENS, but I can't remember the first name on her name tag. I wanted to recognize her in a review because we all know the usual fast food employee is not going the extra mile like this one did. She was super friendly, well spoken, and efficient. She made my night.
Usually this place is excellent..... But this morning they had a young woman who is really struggling to do her job. She didn't respond to me at the drive-thru, so I drove up to the window and waited for her..... After about 5 minutes of playing on my cell phone and being ignored.... I considered driving away angry but I parked and went inside.I was very polite and she was also. When I gave her $6 plus exact change of 41 cents, a quarter three nickels and a penny.... She struggled with it.... She finally laid them down one by one on the counter and added it up in her head.Frankly I am glad they are giving her a chance, and I hope she's able to do her job..... But I have a feeling she's going to have customers scream at her.... Thinking she is rude to them, when she's just doing her best.I get the roast chicken salad and lite Italian dressing....it is the best!
