First let me say the food was fresh and very good. At 12:20 breakfast menu was still up in drive thru. When I got to the place to order (it took a long time as the line was long and barely moving) there was a sign that said " headset broken order at window". No wonder it was so slow today. Girl at the window handled her business though and once I ordered I was out of there quickly.
They just called Burger was dry and Fries were not the offer they put on their commercial that there is good as McDonald's they were cold and Soggy they were just horrible. I will not go to this Wendy's again.
On 28 January 2021 I stopped in, first thing I noticed the floor mats were thrown out the front door causing a tripping hazard. As soon as I walked inside the floor was sticky and filthy all through out the restaurant. The employee that I was greeted by seemed like they were being bothered I was there not to mention they had a shower cap on , I'm guessing that passes for a hair net ?♂️. There was no napkins in the napkin holders. Every table and chair was filthy. Not to mention the employees had no problem about having personal conversations while using profanity. If I could I would not even give this one star.
Have always had good food and this location. Always hot and fresh. They could use more staff though as the wait to order food always seems to be long. Have always done drive-thru
The workers are so nice and the place is always clean but every time I go inside a customer is being mean to the staff it's really sad I've had to walk out because they are cursing at the staff with little kids in the restaurant.
Store closes way too early. Tried to go there at 9 p.m. but they're closed. What fast food chain closes before 9? Come on.
Long waits. Closes early. Don't have good customer service. Poor service. And the food nasty. I would never go here no more
You're not allowed inside and you will spend 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru that's what I'm experiencing right now only to go inside for them to tell me know where I lost my spot therefore it is a 35-minute wait in the line do not go there management does not know what they're doing laughing at me shame on you... The place was dirty, the station were the napkins and straw ate located was filthy. The tables and chairs were sticky.The windows were dirty.The burger was fresh, but the fries were overcooked. Only had barbeque sauce available.
I love wendy's but, this location has always been a problem these past few years. Tonight waited 40 min. Ordered a kids meal but wasn't told, until I asked where the toy was that they ran out hours ago. Said I wasn't charged full price but, I can do math. Was also charged for my free keychain frosty but, I didn't even want to both bc I wanted to go home. Wendy's will always get my business but, I will avoid this location!!! Its prime location with the fairgrounds, so Wendy' could make way more money with proper staff.
