I have ordered from the Grill several times. Last couple of orders, they can not get it right. If you complain they just give you a burger coupon. But you have to use the coupon in store. The food is usually good, But not hot. When I order I usually order later in eve. Like 7:30pm. They are usually not busy and they still can not get the order right. Mr Manager ?...are you communicating with your staff about accuracy?
I used to go here for the superfood salad but now they just serve cold resentment. They say hello with a smile but their eyes say they don't mean it, Like my wife who says she loves me but she doesn't. The BBQ salad was delicious, the cashier looks like he wants to run into traffic.
If you haven't tried The Habit Burger Grill, don't wait to try it. I appreciate the friendly service and the food is prepared once you order. They give you one of those square buzzers that lights up and vibrates when your order is ready. Not your typical fast-food burger joint. I had the BBQ Bacon Charburger this visit. I sometimes order the char-grilled chicken sandwich on their grilled sourdough bread. Both sandwiches are delicious. I will be back...
Honestly never had any problems with The Habit or their food, in fact I would highly recommend it as it seems they prepare quality tasting food, but after my experience today after ordering the chicken club while eating I found a Flea or some bug on a piece of my lettuce ?. Honestly had better expectations based on previous experiences. Will never order from here again.
Visiting from up Atlanta way. The wife found Habit Burger in a food search and we gave it a try. Moderately priced great burgers. Nice crispy bacon and lots of options.
You pay a little more but the food is soooo... much better, fresher, etc.. and made the way you like it. I will be back here soon and not the greasy spoon across the street ever again. Second visit today it was still very good but the actual burger itself didn’t taste as fresh as my first time. Maybe the cook needs to keep them more refrigerated or fresher somehow. Stopped in again. Always good as usual.
This is the 2nd or 3rd time (and last time) I try The Habit Burger. My husband and I received super sloppy "charburgers" and the patties weren't even warm let alone, charred. One burger bun was doughy and the other was hard on the outside and stale. I resorted to using a knife and fork to pick at it because it was soggy and falling apart (so gross). The only redeeming items were the sweet potato fries which could've used some seasoning. Just because they're sweet potatoes, doesn't mean that don't need salt. I ordered brussel sprouts too, but they were also not charred or perhaps they were at one point before being frozen and reheated in a microwave. I think next time I want a fast-food burger, I'll just get a whopper.
Im going to say this, it's a great burger with fries, there was nothing wrong with it. The taste of the burger reminded me of burger king and that's something that wasn't unique about it. I got the char double burger with cheese. And the fries were good.
Food is always amazing. Can’t say that about management. I did not get his name but one of the managers really didn’t try to help with my situation. I had ordered from a different location online and spoke to customer service. They told me to simply tell the manager that you ordered wrong location and that I wouldn’t need a refund. They told me to show them the receipt and the manager could call and I wouldn’t have to pay. As I tried to explain to the manager more than once and he simply did not try to understand. He told me that he would have to charge me at the correct location and that I would have to call to cancel the order amd get a refund. Now I have to wait 5-10 business days for $25... insane ...
First time here.Had the original charburger with fries and small side Caesar salad. Loved the salad ?,burger was good,tasted exactly like BK ?.Staff was friendly.
