I should’ve known from the empty parking lot that something was off. But my daughter wanted Fridays so I went against my better judgment. I ordered the strawberry henny. Needless to say there was 0 Hennessy in the cup. All we do in my city is drink henny. There wasn’t a drop in my drink. So I dare not order another. I ordered a sprite instead which came out with some kind of bug in it. Waitress didn’t care. She just took the cup and sent the bartender to bring another. My ribs were so dry I couldn’t chew them. After getting off our flight we were hungry. I will never eat here again if we’re in the palm beach area.

???Everytime I visit this place an my Waitress is “Marcy” she cheats people out of a drink in pour small servings…I use to visit often but I hate having to speak up about something that’s supposed to be don’t RIGHT with a Customer having to complain.once I poured it I only got one cup and a half…Plus I sent it back and watch her put ice in it so it could look full.??????

Wish I could give no star. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The lady at the bar was so unprofessional. Took a long time before she even acknowledge us plus she kept passing us going back and forth. No greeting when she did come to us. I heard her cursing too. Just unbelievable. Drink tasted like water and sugar. NEVER AGAIN.

bartender is awesome and the drinks are reasonable

Service was not so good. Food was fantastic. Felt bad for our waitress, she was trying but frankly management is irresponsible for putting on a less than good enough operation. Sit with your team and pretend you care about proving customers a good experience. Won’t be returning. Wish our waitress the best.Update: Management made it right. Very much appreciate the make right. Adjusting to 4 stars.

Honestly I've ate at a TGI Fridays once in Atlanta and it was awful. Now, here I am 10 years later and my wife wants to go to this one. Man was I impressed. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Would highly recommend this location if you've had a bad experience previously.

Stopped in late last night after a night at the south fair with kids. The service was excellent. The food was good, much better then the unhealthy fried junk the fair serves at 3times the cost. My husband has the salmon, we shared chips and kids meals. Over all we were very pleased with our server. He was quick to serve us and got us out fast which was perfect because our children were tired from all the walking.

Good food, great and friendly service

We arrived and was seated within minutes. That was the only good thing because it went all down hill afterwards. The booth we got had no room for the baby's car seat and they put us next to the kitchen so we could not use a high chair. I asked to relocate to another table so they put us next to the servers' station....not better but wasn't complaining. Our server came by, took our drinks order then when the drinks came, she took our food order that included an appetizer (chips n salsa). We waited a while for our food and my husband asked how come they didn't bring the appetizer out yet. A server passed us and I inquired, she said she'd check on it and then approximately 10 minutes later our food came out...still no appetizer. We ate our food and then our server stopped over to ask how everything was going. I told her we never got our appetizer and her face went flush. She went to the kitchen and then came back with it saying it was made and on the pickup counter but just wasn't picked up. She asked if we still wanted it so I told her yes.We are in the habit of tipping but I would have made the exception that time to not tip because the service was not worthy of it.I am not discouraging anyone from going to TGI Fridays because my experience sucked but I'm highlighting the flaws that staff there can try to make better for other patrons.

Good Service and Very Very Food
