CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFPRE YOU PAY! Prices on the menu are not correct and when you try to bring it to their attention and have it fix they IMMEDIATELY cop an attitude and don’t try to make it right. Then when asked for the owner, we were told we were making a scene and they threatened to call the police! Unbelievable, blatantly over changing and not wanting to fix it. Makes it seem like this has happened before and they don’t like being called out for it. Incredibly rude waitresses!!
I give it a for just becuase of the rice it was a little hard and is not the first time I buy it they need to work on it but the rest of the food is delicious ?
We are new to the area. My daughter went once before and said it was good. Went last night and this place must be hit or miss. Burrito was DRIPPING liquid and was soggy. They also made it wrong. Chicken was stringy and bland and tasted like it was made in a crock pot with only water. Steak street tacos were flavorless. Salsa served with chips seemed to be made fresh , but again.......FLAVORLESS. Taco Bell has more flavor and sadly would have been a better option. I had high hopes for this place and was let down. We are from TX and I have been to many taquerias and this place should be ashamed to call themselves that. I support small and local business and I really hope the owners read these reviews and make some major changes if they want to succeed.
I’ve been going to the various Tacos Al Carbon locations for 10 years. Each location has issues where they might not tell you the price they charge, but RPB is the worst. Tonight they made our food so disgusting that I had to throw most of it in the trash In fear of getting sick. There was a burnt taste all throughout my ground beef burrito— completely inedible. I’ll stick to the Lake Worth locations.
Good afternoon... Last Saturday, we went to dining out, and while doing a business, I was told that the best fried fish was serve at the " Los Agaves" So I took my wife to eat that night, and both of us requested " Fried Tilapia" They come out a little burned, but went we were almost finished the plates, we noted that both fish has the ' Fish Gills in" Or in spanish..." Las Agallas" We have been eating fish all our life, and this is the first time,we see this, we did not finished our plates, and we asked one of the waitress if that normal at the restaurant, and she told us, that she just notes, and she personal never eat it like that.So we told her to please check with the kitchen, later our waitress come back and told us that the Manager asked her: Are the latinos? She said yes, that's why, because to our restaurant coming most american people and they never notes. And yes, they always serve the fish with out cleaning the GILLS...Agallas" We pay, left the place very outrage and disappointed. Next day we went to a different restaurant, request again whole fried fish, and as we are use to...It was cleaned, with not gills...Agallas.
I thought the reviews were an exaggeration. Although I can’t confirm the food is the best, it’s absolutely amazing and very well priced.
CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY OR TIPAs a Mexican food lover I need to say this place is out my list for going back restaurants. Horrible experience, their food and quality compared to their price is out of proportion. Keeping in mind that this is only a taqueria they add 18% tip without even asking or letting you know that this fee will be part of your bill. Also, if you pay with debit or credit card an additional fee is charged. Long story short, check your bill before you pay and or double tip and dont expect much from this place. Better off going to chipotle.
I've actually chose to eat in here on holidays the food so good have to eat here at least once to twice a month you can't beat it
MAYBE YOU COULD HEAR YOUR CALLING CUSTOMERS BETTER IF YOU TURNED YOUR DANG MUSIC DOWN.Every time I call in they act like I have bad service when they cant hear me. Your music is literally breaking my ear drums and speakers every time I call in. Im pretty sure the problem is on your end.Unreal
