In February of 2022 we order tacos from a location in Royal Palm Beach FL and realized while ingesting them they smelled of harsh chemicals and should not be eaten. I called Taco bell several times since this incident and keep being told a supervisor would call me back, I would be refunded for our meal and receive something in the mail. More importantly I wanted to know what we ingested, we still have the food in a zip lock frozen in my freezer along with the receipt from the meal. Its crazy that they have received several complaints with this same issue and not one single call back. What are you hiding? what did we ingest that you are so scared to call me back? For a company this large to still not get back to me and its April?? this is completely unacceptable. Every time I call they say oh yes we see you have reached out before and a higher up will reach out. I am still waiting taco Bell!!!!
This place is so busy at night. Once the doors close and it's only drive thru forget it 20-30 minutes for sure. This store definitely needs to get a dedicated person for the doordash who breeds and that sort of stuff and run it out another door or a window or something but it's a nightmare you're better off driving 10 minutes away to another Taco Bell it's going to be the same food but you'll get it soon
Showed up more than 30 mins before closing to be told they were completely sold out of all food. Sounds impossible. Employee clearly just wanted to leave early.
The service was very slow and the workers did not deal with customers quickly, I asked for a simple food that does not need 20 and the restaurant was not full
This restaurant had the nerve to tell me they are closed for tonight because they ran out of food! So what are they doing in the morning? I call bull! Where is management? This is ridiculous!
Food comes out good. The only complaints are that they've missed an item or two before and they never are able to make coffee. But they also make up for some mistakes.I've asked for coffee many times at every time of day. They say they can't make it or the coffee machine is broken, why make up bull-**** about it? Just tell me that it takes more time to make and they don't want to hold up the drive through. I'd gladly come in so that they can make me coffee and I'd leave a lot more satisfied with actually getting my coffee.
This Taco Bell is amazing! The service and the food were on point! I used the drive thru and the lady was extremely nice and fast. The crunchy supreme tacos and chicken quesadillas were delicious! I am definitely coming back!
My experience was at night drive through. First and last time i come to this place. Got both my orders wrong and thrown in a bag mixed. The guy taking my order sound like he was just trying to get my order over with. Only came to this place cause the one by my house was closed.
Tonight was my third trip to this location. I am in town working and they were the only place open to get food. However when we attempted to order we were informed that they didn’t have soft tacos nor the Cinnabon’s. They were the main things we went for. Our very first trip to this location we were told they were out of food. I guess the old saying 3rd times the charm isn’t the case…
I have Never actually gotten food from this Taco Bell. I have tried to continuously order through the drive through and they are always “out of food” or they gave the person in front of me the last item. “They only have drinks”, “they are out of tortillas”, “we are out of meat”. These are just a FEW of the things I’ve been told when trying to order food here. How can you run a restaurant without food… each time waiting in line for 30+ minutes to be greeted at the window with these excuses. Ridiculous…
