This is the absolute slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, consistently. It’s literally always slow even if there’s only 3 people in line. Waited well over 1 hour in line tonight and that was only because 4 people left in front of me. I’ve never seen anything like it. We had already placed and paid for our online order, so we felt completely stuck. Placed the online order at 7:40, eating at 9:15Tried it several times over the last 6 months and every single time have had the same experience. Lunch, dinner, late night doesn’t matter.

If I could do zero stars to share my experience I would! Very unprofessional and lazy! This location cannot take Orders and make food they have probably two employees and at night they turn off all their lights to give the impression they are closed. Also they argued when we stated one of our items was missing what we ordered and then tried giving us a side of what we asked for that was supposed to be put into our quesadilla and we proceeded to ask for them to make us a new quesadilla with it in it and they gave us a new one with a sloppy quesadilla that I wouldn’t even call a quesadilla it was thrown into the bag not fully cooked or layered right the bag it was in was ripped and since it wasn’t made right at all the cheese juices and oil was leaking all onto my car and out of the bag. I have never had such bad service anywhere and I believe these people should be fired for how badly they treat customers I will be calling the manager and getting ahold of the person in charge of that location to discuss this matter. Hope it saves people the trouble of going to this location.

I order 4 soft chicken taco -quesadilla and 2 Mexican pizza my order came to $30 becuz up charge for chicken soft taco. I paid over $12 for 4 soft taco ridiculous and was not aware of the up charge through the drive thru. I had to call and speak to a manager. Plus the food was cold and took forever in the drive thru.Never ordering it again!!

I arrived at taco bell around 7:30 pm, as usual there was a long wait but that's fine, it's happened before in the past, so I waited. By the time I got to the window it was 8:11pm, almost 45 minutes in the drive through, it looked like the manager was giving out orders in the lobby and other employees were in the back doing I don't know what, I had eventually lost my patience waiting when I see 2 employees and the manager standing around having a fun conversation tossing around sauce packets, I flagged down one of the employees and just asked for my refund, the manager all of a sudden points to my bag of food, like how convenient it's ready now, I let them know I do not want the food anymore just my refund, the cashier tells me they are short staffed, I said that's fine, but it's taking too long, to which the manager walks over and starts my refund, stating "it's not like your food is gonna be ready in 2 seconds" oh, your right, 45 minutes and I should have been more patient. Also if your so short staffed why did 2 employees and the manager find time to have a fun, casual conversation?

Went through the drive through and a Latino female decides to be rude when taking my order today and she the drive through cashier! I didn’t know the customized crave box was for online only. That wasn’t when she was rude; it was after another person told me that through the drive thur that she said with an attitude of I wanted anything else and I said yes I’m about to order and when I give my order she keeps cutting me off every time when I wasn’t finished placing it! I saw you guy have the “now hiring” sign outside and on your guys windows and I can see why!! That Latino female needs more training with evaluation of her customer order skills.

This has consistently been the worst location of taco bell that I have ever been too. The food is a bio hazard. The health department should shut this place down. Cold disgusting old food . The service is the worst. No one is trained properly. How they are still open is beyond me. Couldn't get an order right if they only sold one item. God forbid you ask for no cheese on something because they will... and I repeat they will, put A LOT OF CHEESE ON IT.

After being turned away last night at 7pm bc they "only had 2 people working", I went to McDonald's instead. But on my way back thru, I see people getting food!! They JUST told me they were CLOSED (after waiting for 15 mins to get a response) but then they serve another person??!! Not RIGHT!! But I give them another shot today cuz I'm craving a chalupa. Bad move on my part! It was a huge sloppy messy, with sauce all over the inside and outside of the wrapper, cheese all over and only about 6 tiny pieces of lettuce. I also got a soft taco supreme buy it didnt have any sour cream, and I got a small freezey baja blast. I get it and take a drink, but get nothing! I banged it on the console of my car to get the air out, and there was so much air in the middle, I only got about half of a small freezey. Never again. I'll make my own. Forget it!! Never again taco bell. Bye Felicia ?????????????If I could give zero stars I would. But I will not be back ever again. Its disgusting

This is possibly the world's slowest Taco Bell. I waited nearly an hour in the drive thru queue. I would have left, but I didn't realise until 45 minutes in that there was a way to cancel my online order. At least the order was correct when I picked it up.

My husband just tried to order at the drive thru and the person taking the order couldn't speak clear or plainly enough to communicate properly. Drove off with no food.

You can not dine in at this one, why? Order a chicken soft taco and they charge for a regular and add a dollar something for chicken? Doesn't make sense. Never ordered one before. Used to be Taco bell was reasonable priced, not.
