It’s the one closest to me but seriously customer service is not good. The barristas seem so unhappy and bothered when asked for napkins. My drinks have been very inconsistent in flavor each time I go and just not what you expect for the price you pay.
Service is okay, but the majority of the times I’m not able to order what I want because they constantly run out of ingredients (oatmilk, brown sugar, etc.). I recommend going to a different location unless you want to get disappointed.
They need to get it together and start serving drinks worth drinking , only drink they could get right is ice caramel latte, good luck asking for anything else. Asked for a caramel ribbon crunch and it was disgusting. Okeechobee and 95 is way better , I’ve never left a review but this location continues to disappoint. And YET I still try to give them a chance but always disappointed. When this location first opened attention to detail was WAY better
My go-to Starbucks Katie is amazing, she has the best personality and always has a smile on her face. I always feel so welcome when she's there.
I just went thru the drive thru at this location, and typically, I am a HUGE FAN of Starbucks cappuccinos. I order them all the time. My daughter is a HUGE FAN of the cheese danish. Eats them all the time! This experience, however, was hugely disappointing. My VENTI cappuccino was served to me HALF FULL. Why? My daughter’s cheese danish looked like it had been sat on. She won’t eat it, and my cappuccino tastes terrible. That was an expensive trip to the GARBAGE CAN. Thanks team!!!
I went to starbucks like I do EVRY single morning the individual that took my order did greet me with a good morning or anything he just looked at me, I procedded to give my order and gave cash when I was told my balance I gave him cash in his hand, he then threw my change down on the counter. There was another morning when I made a visit to this same starbucks and this same individual was nasty when I stated that I wanted more caramel added to my drink. The only reason why I rate this starbucks 1 star is because there have been at least two plesant employees at this store.
Standard Starbucks location.Pros:1. Very spacious and well laid out. Plenty of comfy single seater couches.2. Service was quick (mind you, I came in at non-rush hour).3. Standard Starbucks fare.Cons:None that I can think of at this moment.
It was early. I drive 1 1/2 hrs to be to work on time for a 96 yr old lady. I gave a $5 tip and thanked the girl at the window for getting up 6AM to help ME start me day. Nothing. No response. Range up the bill which was $21 instead of my one coffee,Nothing. I was really disappointed.
This location is by far my favorite. The interior is one of the best in my City and the staff is always top notch. Today, Elie made my day!! I was having a rough day working online he noticed and kept check in. The team finally shared a new refresher I hadn’t tried before and I love it! Thanks guys??
I go here all the time but today they must have changed the sauce because it was dumb salty. I mean so salty I couldn't even put the crab in my mouth to crack... I asked them if they had changed the sauce and they said yes! So clearly they need to tweak it and add less salt or water it down...I was super disappointed because this is my go to crab spot. They offered me a 10$ discount which was lame on a 300$ bill.I will not be back to this location unless they change it back...However, when implementing a new sauce.. the workers and management should try it first to see if if holds up to the past sauce. I'm sure my sodium level was crazy high from what I tried...Now I have to go home and boil the crabs and make my own butter garlic sauce with non salted butter to make it even edible.
