I go through this Starbucks drive thru regularly. My experience is always pleasant & the staff in the AM is always so sweet. Except for today!! I was appalled at the behavior of the shift supervisor, per her tag “Megan”. She was very rude while taking my order. It seems she was having a bad day or cant manage her emotions and has no business being a leader!!! I approach the window, and was disgusted at her behavior. She was demeaning to the gentleman who is always at the drive thru window in the morning! She got him so flustered and nervous.Talking down to him & yelling at him regarding my order. The poor guy was so nervous that hands me my card and forgets my food. When, I tell him I am taken back by her behavior, she over hears me approaches the with an attitude!!! I tell her that behavior is uncalled for and its not appropriate that a customer witnesses this but more importantly how she treated me and her employee!! Her response:” I am not a Manager, but I will let him know your thoughts.” Yet, her tag states shift supervisor!!!? No empathy, or soft skills whats so ever!!! It s very sad you have someone like her represent your brand and store!! AND very sad how she treated an employee!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!!
This is my favorite Starbucks to go to I come here Almost every morning to do homework the staff is always so sweet and inviting and they always make sure to welcome me when I come in. They play great music and they always get my order right no matter how busy they are.
Extremely rude staff here last week when I Ordered through drive thru the woman spoke as if she didn’t want to be there and rudely responded to me after asking a question.Today a Man with pink hair was super nasty to me at the window, spoke very passive aggressively because I didn’t stop at the window first to tell him I was picking up an order. It was 6am and I was the only one in the drive thru. Rolled his eyes shook his head and slammed my food and drink around to then have another staff member hand it to me.
Extremely rude and unprofessional every time!\\nCame in with my kids and they were all so excited to pay on their own with their new iPhones! The manager was so rude and told them I needed to just pay for it and not waste his time!\\nAnd then another time I asked if my 3 and 4 year old could split a venti Frappuccino into two cups they said no. They wouldn’t even give me two straws for them to split the large beverage…..\\nHonestly the worst Starbucks!!!!
Always fast service and I love that they offer their used coffee grounds for free to people to use in their gardens.
I LOVE Starbucks but this particular location is what scares me. I found something rubbery in the bottom of my coffee. Not too sure what it was but it grossed me out for sure and probably will avoid this location for awhile :/ it was like small enough to come out of the top but big enough to gross me out.
Best Starbucks crew ever!!! Fastest drive thru! I’m never disappointed when I go!
This store has the least pleasant baristas I have ever meet. Gator Tom is the only good thing about it. The girl with purple hair is especially nasty!
I visited here at 8:50 pm yesterday for a coffee boost. The app said closed for online ordering, but when I went in the drive thru, I was able to order, and Sean (shift supervisor) happily served me my drink even though they were about to close in 10 minutes. My baby woke up like 4 times last night so I was grateful they took my order.
I am traveling from the east coast to the west coast of Florida so this is not my regular store. I placed my order on the app and pay extra for the syrups and add ins I like. There was no sweetener at all in this coffee. This coffee is not drinkable for me. I will have to stop somewhere on my way home to find sweetener and add it. I tried to call the store to speak with a manager but no one answered the phone. So heads up - check your coffee before you leave.
