great food and EXCELLENT service
My steak was terrible, I'll just start there & get that out of the way. The steak was bad. Originally I had asked for it to be cooked medium well, but when it came out to the table, it was more like medium rare. I sent it back to be re-cooked & they brought it out well done, which was fine, it was not as chewy & it didn't have that pink in the middle. But the steak itself was not really seasoned well, it had a lot of gristle & fat in it & overall just was not a good steak. Now, everything else about the dying was great. The service was great, she was very nice, very attentive & she tried to make everything right during the dine. So all in all, it was an OK dine. But I won't order a steak from that Ruby Tuesday's ever again.
Went in for the salad bar and loved it. They have many items to choose so I had 3 plates of salad. Ill be back for sure

The host appeared to be having a bad day. However the place was not busy, the service was good and food came out fast. It’s been awhile since I have been back to Rubys and it didn’t disappoint. The salad bar was excellent.
I went with my stepmother and father on Friday to Ruby Tuesday’s in Royal Palm Beach. It was filthy dirty, my feet were sticking to the sticky floor, seats were dirty, bathrooms were filthy. Food was terrible. I would have left but this wasn’t my choice to go in the first place. My stepmother is in a wheelchair and it’s hard to move her around. The staff and manager were just standing around since there were only a few tables of people. This place should be closed down by the board of health. Don’t go!
Had dinner with friends Saturday night and had Rich as our server. While the place was very crowded, we were treated like we were the only ones. When everyone is complaining about limited service, he was a shining star. Food was delivered hot and tasted yummy. We'll go back again soon.
Food was good. Server Dani was exceptional!? Five stars
To start the ketchup smelled like bleach and chemicals they siding pick up the menus or brings us straws and siding cook the steak right
Visited on a Saturday night at 7pm happily surprised that there wasn't a wait. Overall the restaurant was not at all busy. Only seemed to have 2 sections opened. Food was delicious drinks can definitely be improved, as the fruit teas weren't good. My daughter had the all you can eat Salad bar and had a lot of delicious offerings. I had the Shrimp and Sausage pasta and it was Scrumptious ?. My husband enjoyed the Bourbon Chicken that was juicy and well seasoned. Our Service left something to be desired as our drinks weren't refilled and our empty plates weren't cleared from the table so we felt a little cramped at the cluttered table.
