I know Pizza Hut is no real pizza But it’s a fun alternative that my kids enjoy. This store should be shutdown. Gross gross gross, the store is part a motel that is run down and dirty looking, and the pizza is worse then school pizza. Please Pizza Hut do the right thing and condemn this store. If your looking for horrible pizza then your in luck.

I would have liked to receive hot food thats not overcooked and looks more like the advertised photos online. The quality of the food was poor. The breadsticks were terrible, all bread no cheese and the cheese on it was overcooked and too crispy...and cold! The pizza crust ( thin & crispy) had no flavor taste like flour and was dry. I'll be
The worst Pizza Hut ON EARTH. They delivered the wrong pizza and when I called them to inform them of THEIR error, they placed me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back, they hung up on me again. I called a total of 5 times and they refused to answer my call! No one can out pizza the hut...I can think of several! Stop being cowards and answer the phone and fix the issue!
This one of the most consistently consistent Pizza Huts I have ever ordered from. The order is always correct. They are generous with the amount of cheese, sauce and meats they put as toppings ordered. The crust is always crispy, never soggy. The pizza is perfectly cut into pieces. I try to get there just as it is coming out of the oven so that it is piping hot. I always choose to pick it up in person. The people that work at this location are friendly and usually remember to offer plates, utensils and napkins. Good crew. Convenient location to my home.
Ordered pizza and when we got there they tell us they don’t have our order. They girl in the front looked very confused and dumb founded. She didn’t know her work address or work phone number. After leaving called back several time to talk to the manager but not once anyone came on the phone. This place needs to be shut down. Waste of space. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a very long time but was craving it due to having Covid so sent my wife to get it but wow. Won’t be ever ordering from Pizza Hut. There are so many better options. Ended getting fired up.
On Thursday, December 30th at 5:51pm I ordered 2 medium pizzas online for Curbside Pick Up. Upon completion of order, I proceeded to store at the suggested time of 6:20 pm, parked in the designated Curbside Pick Up space and dialed the number listed in my email confirmation. Waited on hold for 9 minutes, someone answered the phone, asked me for my phone number and asked how they could help me. I said I was at Curbside Pick Up and promptly got disconnected. I called back, was on hold for another 5 minutes. Someone answered, told me they could take my order as they were a call center. I explained I had already placed my order online 40 minutes earlier. They tried to transfer me to the store, but the connection was so static, I hung up, entered the store and asked for my pizza, explaining what had transpired. I told them Pizza Hut should not offer curbside pickup if their system didn’t work. My stone-cold pizzas were handed to me and I got rude simultaneous excuses from 3 people and was told not to come back. NOT TO WORRY. WON’T EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. DO NOT GO TO THE PIZZA HUT in ROYAL PALM BEACH at 11851 Southern tn Blvd.
Curbside pickup ordering system doesn’t work. Entire crew was defensive and rude. Pizza was stone-cold. From time order was placed until I retrieved my order from INSIDE the store took 55 minutes. If that is the best Pizza Hut can offer it’s customers, please close the store.
Order never arrived and 20 min of trying to get someone to answer the phone with no answer.Edit-Someone finally answered who rudely informed me how they were “super busy” and the receipt didn’t have an apartment number. I said then they should have called or texted and left a message if I didn’t answer. She said well you want me to send it back out? I said refund me and she said that’s fine and hung up. What kind of service is this?! Would have negative stars if possible
Pizza was cold and dry. Garlic parm wings were very good. Lemon pepper wings tasted very salty.
