I used to love coming to Panera bread. My experience today was very different. The order taking person did not know how to work the register and could not remember what we told her our order was. Then it took a really long time to get our food and we realized our buzzer didn't work and our food had been sitting. Lastly, my sandwich had little meat and cheeseon on it and cost $7.30. When asking for more, they said they could not do it or would charge me extra for extra meat. Very disappointing experience. I will not be frequenting this establishment again.
I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. Why in Gods name would you lay a pickle. A nasty soggy soaking wet pickle across the bread before wrapping up the sandwich. I did not ask for a pickle. Nor did I request my bread be soaked in pickle juice. My fave location ! Always on point and speedy! Tonight we had Evelyn taking our order and she did wonderful! Even with the busy store commotion. 10/10 ✨
Confused as to why there are such good reviews for this place. They clearly do not have their stuff together. Online ordering is never accurate and the time is clearly not 5-10 minutes. I've waited 40 minutes for an online order that was suppose to be ready in 5-10 minutes. Most of the time, I'm missing items/utensils or the food is cold. The staff always seems flustered and I can understand why - they are understaffed and overworked. It's a shame honestly. I hope things get better for the store, they don't seem to be doing well.
We sat down at 8:15, they close at 9. Little coffee left and Luke warm. Staff was friendly and I understand why they didn't want to make more coffee.
I had chicken salad sandwich it was very good
Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 lg coffees to go. Charged for 2 medium coffees. When we corrected him, he changed the coffees to large and still didn't charge for the sandwiches. When corrected again, he charged for the incorrect sandwiches. We didn't realize until we were home.Paolo, please, get your head in the game.
This is the only panera that doesn't give you sugar cane syrup unless you order. Plus when you order they give you the amount they want not what you need. For that the 2 ? is costumer service drama.
Food took over 20 minutes to be ready and picked up.The lady in the floor cleaning had more customer service skills then workers serving food.Sad that customer service quality had gone down.
I ordered an Uber eats order (soup and sandwiches) and it took over an hour and a half. When I called to ask what was going on, the girl put me on hold for 20 minutes and never got back to the line so I hung up. I spent almost $100 for the order and my family was waiting for a long time with no clue what’s going on. I spent all of college working in service industry so I understand things happen and I’m very considerate when they explain, but to completely disregard the customer is really pathetic and unfair. My bread bowl was missing, food was cold, and grilled cheese was like Kraft. Screenshot of call for proof.
