I can’t say enough about this establishment. Don’t be fooled. It may be a McDonald’s Fast Food Franchise, but it’s absolutely, hands down, the best McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. You can tell the the Mangement and owner of this location ( and hopefully they have others with the same “corporate culture” ) great systems and training and team members. We started stopping by this particular location after our daughter’s Tutoring for a quick French Fry snack. After all. Who doesn’t love McDonald’s fries ? Every time , not every other time or occasionally , we are greeted by amazing team Members. Drive thru , eat in. The same great treatment. They are Friendly , polite and encouraging. After all , have you ever been to a fast food restaurant that actually said to you “We appreciate you “! ❤️ - I bet not even Chick-fil-A , and they are know for incredible Christian values. Oh and the food ! Always hot and fresh. After all , nobody likes cold McDonald’s French fries ?!!! I can tell you , there are other locations closer but we will make the little extra drive to visit this location on purpose. Lastly. I want to commend the team and management on the incredibly clean rest rooms. Let me tell you , when my wife comes out of an establishment bragging about the cleanliness of the restrooms ? that’s another great thing to be proud of. Thank you Royal Palm McDonald’s !! I order a big breakfast with hot cakes and added a “regular” coke to the meal. I got to the window to pay and the woman politely said, “Would you like a large Coke? It’s the same price.” I said yes. I moved to the next window and the manager and another employee were saying that, “It was a regular size and now it’s a large. We should not allow customers to modify their order at the window.” This was a passive aggressive slight towards me. So I called them out. I told them that I didn’t modify the order and that the woman, at the previous window, offered me an upgrade at the same price. The manager said, “Oh, she asked if you wanted to change the size?” I said yes. I could see the embarrassment on the managers face and the other employee had walked away because she knew what she said was rude and passive aggressive. I normally don’t write reviews unless my experience was exceptionally good or bad but I felt compelled to spend a few minutes sharing my experience while I enjoy my breakfast. I hope the manager sees this review, I hope he remembers it as vividly as I told it, and I hope he knows, with every fiber of his being that, he most definitely deserves to be flipping burgers at McDonald’s.
This is the 2nd time I have been through this drive thru. The woman taking my order was wonderful however the girl accepting payment would not look at me, did not tell me my total just took my card and when I asked for a receipt she shook her head no and waved me to the next window. I got my food and drive away and this is the 2nd time my kids meals are missing both French fries and toys. The 1st time I assumed was a simple mistake. But 2x now so I feel this is a common practice.
Lady taking drive-thru orders didn't pay any attention to what I said... then I get up to the window a girl tries giving me a coke when I ask for a DR Pepper ( not window girl fault) The manager rudely told me to drive to the next window so I can get the proper drink and I asked for extra lettuce and mayonnaise they only gave me a squirt of mayonaise and like a dash of lettuce I take a bite the chicken was over cooked taste burnt the bread was burnt and the fries were stale like they were reheated.... For as much money as a McDonald's worker makes the food should be much better and The customer service should be outstanding....
Seriously the worst drive-thru I have ever been through. I have given this place so many chances because it is the closest one to my house but it is horrible.Pretty much everytime I go through I am asked to pull forward and wait 10+ extra minutes until my food comes out.Heck, one time I was forgotten about for 45 minutes and on my 3rd time going in asked for the manager - she blamed it on the 16 year old employee. Wow, way to throw a young kid under the bus. You are his manager, at this point it's on you.
I ordered take home...and everything was perfect. The people working there made sure all was correct! Not expensive either. I will go back! Thank you! And the Xtra ketchup. Very thoughtful.
Be here at drive thru a few times person collecting money was pleasant but the window giving you food look at you like you just ruined their day. I said thank you and she just stared in my face so rudely and walked away. Food was ok fries were not hot. Customer service definitely needs more training
I’m really starting to hate this McDonald’s if ur in the drive thru and get a large fry check it before u leave this is like the 10th time my fry has been half way I didn’t pay for a middle so don’t give me one idk if your ur trying to cut down on fry cost or not serving old fries
Ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets, large Dr. Pepper, and a medium fry. Got charged $11, never got the nuggets or the fries, and never got a receipt from the drive thru. Was told to pull away from the drive thru, waited like a good 10-15 minutes, still never received my food.
This will officially be the last time I ever eat McDonald's! I ordered 2 sausage & cheese McMuffins & 2 hash browns and nearly cracked a tooth from a sausage patty having something so hard in it. I inspected it and couldn't figure out what it was... Looked like a tiny chip of asphalt. No thanks!
