So disappointed to realize not all Jon Smith Subs are the same. Was charged $23 , plus paid $2 tip.for one ft long and a 6". I ordered 2 foot longs and a 6". Asked for bread to be toasted, it was NOT. Hardly no cheese and couldnt tell if it had the mushrooms I asked for. NOT A GOOD TASTY SUB as Im accustomed too. 1st and last time to this place.
I have eaten a lot of subs in my life, and the one I got at Jon Smith was not as good as the marginal subs from publics. It was very bland, on white role. My wife and I split a sub and reached the same conclusion!
Fries are excellent and Classic always a favorite! Service friendly, clean, have yet to expand on other selections as Classic is our favorite.

I had an unfortunate customer service experience with the cashier/shift manager today at the RPB location. I asked if I could split the bill to $20 in cash and the remaining on my debit card. He said yes, but was having a hard time setting that up for me to pay with my card. Since he was having a hard time, I offered to void the whole transaction, take the $20 in cash back, and pay the full amount on my debit card to help make things easier for him. He asked for my debit card and slid it through the side of the monitor. He gave me my card back & said my order will be ready soon. When he brought out the order, I asked for a receipt. He seemed upset when I asked it & then printed it out to give it to me. I looked at the receipt after I left & it said that he ran the full amount in cash. I didn’t see my card being ran on the receipt & he also kept the $20. The money wasn’t mine, so I went back inside to ask for the receipt to reflect what actually occurred. He said he couldn’t give me the money back, couldn’t void the transaction to let me pay the full amount on my card, and couldn’t change the receipt. I’m afraid that there is a possibility some type of fraudulent activity may occur from this situation. I don’t even see the amount taken when I checked my recent transactions. I’m on hold waiting to speak with my bank to report the incident in case any fraud occurs. Won’t ever come back here. I’d rather pay more to go somewhere else.

I came here when I was young and it was great! The new ownership isnt good at all food is bad and over price.Jersey Mikes for a steak and cheese sub better quality. I would pass the next time you want to go to john sub in Royal Palm Beach.
Never open. Service is terrible. The sandwiches aren’t bad, but considering both the wait time and the price, it’s not something I will choose to buy again.
Always the same, and always fresh. Such a great change of pace from lamp heated food, and soggy fries. Jon Smith for the win.
