1st time going to Jersey Mike's, couldn't have been a better experience! Showed up around 840 and staff went over and above despite my late arrival. Renewed my faith in society seeing young people smiling and enjoying the work they were doing. Another family walked in a 3 minutes before close thinking they closed at 10. Man apologized, again staff super kind and more than happy to help.
Jersey Mike's is hit or miss nowadays. Sometimes I'll pay $20+ for extra meat on a sandwich and it's fine but most of the time it's like I didn't order extra meat at all. If I'm not in a hurry I'll make the extra 10 minute drive to Jon Smith's. They really need some corporate training at the Royal Palm Beach location.
Terrible service. Place is dirty and unkept. Sandwiches are so overpriced and they offer ver little topping options.
I went in today and they were busy. It took over 20 minutes to place and receive my order. As usual, the food was good. Everyone was working, but the banter of how it was a slow day was hard to listen to when you're standing in line for 20 minutes. The online orders seem to take priority over the customers standing in line. I'll probably go to my local sub shop next time.
The best staff hands down.... They remember me every time i walk in, makes me wanna eat my lunch here everyday!! 42 no peppers is my jam!

I ordered a chicken philly. Food was very hot and fresh. Huge improvement since it first opened. My sub came out really fast. Friendly staff. Chip selection was good. They have sun chips which I really like.Iced tea was pretty good.
Absolutely amazing customer service and subs. The line was to the door and I was still in and out in 10 minutes. The crew here really knows what they're doing and its my favorite Jersey Mikes in the area. Cant get a better Italian sub anywhere else.
Jersey Mike subs are the best....but this particular Jersey at West West Palm you walked in and is plenty of people and no customer inside and did not get a welcome to Jersey or may I help you??? Nothing.Venice Fl Jersey Jersey Mike have manners.
