Worst experience I’ve ever had happen. Manager Marsha came up to our table after we are almost done eating at 8pm and told me that she is going to move our table to another room. Says my 1 year old daughter is being to loud. Knowing it wasn’t my baby I told her it was the next table over and she told that table to move. Wasn’t going to comp the food or anything just move all their food while they were eating. Both their kids were in tears and I told her to call the cops! We both just paid our bills and left. Meanwhile the owner was up on the roof doing repairs with a hammer drill and wouldn’t come down. Marsha should not be in customer service. I’m never going to forget this experience and wouldn’t recommend this management/ Owner to anyone!
Food was good, although felt over priced. We ordered a pizza, pasta, salad, jalapeño poppers, and a calzone. The calzone was a nice large size, but with toppings at $2 a piece a couple toppings will land you with a $20 calzone. The service was kind of slow and took over 30 mins for our order to come.
Excelente service and delicious food; James, the chef, is absolutely fantastic; he goes out of his way to make us happy. If you haven't been there, you definitely should
Ate here the other day. I was expecting your typical small pizza restaurant. I was surprised how big and how nice the inside was. Our server Sophie was great very attentive to everything we needed. The food was excellent. The spicy new Orleans shrimp was very good. The chef came out to see how we liked the food. It was nice of him. I'll definitely eat here again
Went to Hot Pie and had to make sure that Chef James was on duty so I had a wonderful meal for Mother's Day with my family! Waitress was amazing. Thanks for my great meal James.This is our third time going back to hot pie. We just had to talk to the Cook to tell him what a delicious meal he makes. He treated us like family. My husband has an immune problem so we go earlier so if there’s no big crowd. So I can’t tell you much about the atmosphere except for the employees are wonderful.
Love coming here. Staff is always nice and place is always clean. I love the happy hour specials and food is absolutely delicious. Parking area is small but you can always park next door at the bank. Lots of TVs and drink selections.
Being from the New Haven area which some consider Pizza capitol of the country, and I'd have to agree. Hot Pie makes a consistently good pie the sauce is tasty and the ingredients fresh. This has definitely become my place to get pizza since moving to West Palm This is a small place with a nice bar and plenty of seating, well kept, clean, and the staff is friendly.
This isn't dawn it's her husband jay. Felt like escaping for a beer and a bite the other night around happy hour and dropped in. I've lived in the area for 20 years but never have been to this location for any of the businesses that were here previously. Location not good because of where it sits off of Okeechobee. I'm a former business owner and know 1st hand how tough it is to get people in when they can't see ya. Was very happy that the draft beer Marsha brought me was super cold. Thats very important. They weren't busy at all so I was served immediately, and Marsha was very nice. The bar is pretty cool! Always have liked horshoe bars and with the room they have it fits perfectly. Not sure though about the disco ball hanging in the middle of the ceiling though? Pizza was good. I'm from Brooklyn originally so I'm bias but, I ate until I couldn't fit any more in me. Crisp tasty crust, sauce was nice, and the pie had a fresh taste to it. I hate franchise pizza. Ordered a second beer and it was just as cold as the 1st. Restaurant owners are at the mercy of anybody that writes a review. What we need to keep in mind when writing is many important intangibles such as how busy they were, is covid effecting the stores service employee wise, what time of the day and week it was when we visited, etc. Too many bad reviews do not take many things into account. Again, I'm a former retail business owner and a bad review if warranted I will write. This establishment tonight didn't deserve any negative remarks.
Best pizza I’ve had in town! Definitely recommend. Online order and pickup process was a breeze
Ordered food for delivery, an hour and 25 minutes food still not here. Called to see the status was told the delivery driver was busy and would be another 25 minutes. Talked to manager and was offered a giftcard, told them wanted refund and forget the food. Long time customer, done with them.
