Absolutely trash . ordered sausage and eggs and could not get because deep fryer was not on ? Who cooks sausage in a deep fryer and was explained that you cant cook round things on a grill so i then cancelled meat order . because fry cook was upset about it to the point it became a yelling match . never visit this place and expect any kind of service
Wish I could give them minus stars but I don't have that selection on here. My spouse and I went there Saturday for breakfast and the waitress was so rude! We paid for our coffee and left. We had asked to substitute a couple of items on the menu. They weren't flexible at all. Plus my spouse asked the waitress to explain an item on the menu. Waitress stated, "Can't you read it's explained on the menu!". The waitress was so rude and downright mean. Guess she was really having a bad day or maybe that's her demeanor everyday? I will never go back there again and will let everybody I know what a horrible experience we had.

My wife and I dropped a friend off, early, at the airport and were in the area attending a Home Show at the Fairgrounds. We were looking for a place to get some coffee and breakfast. I did a quick search and saw Frannie's, which to me sounded perfect. There was something very special about this place–– maybe it was just this day or just this time, but walking into Frannie's, looking for a comforting breakfast, well, you could not help but feel the love. This was comfort food and service that was second to no place else. We were greeted as if we have been there a lifetime, and the food was plentiful and delicious. What impressed me most were the other patrons coming in–– this is community, family and love. A gem.
The worst experience I have EVER HAD!! I witnessed a waitress who acts like she owns the restaurant treat a new employee on her first day like complete garbage!!!!! She made the poor girl cry in the middle of the restaurant. She gave table after table attitude. She had a customer complain about the food being spicy and instead of apologizing she said well it has pepper jacl cheese in it so maybe read the menu before choosing what to eat. She gave us the receipt when our food literally just got to the table. The toast was completely burnt and so were the hash browns. I believe her name was Tammy. She needs to get fired or just retire already. I will never come back!! I ended up speaking to the new waitress and assuring her everything would be ok and that we all noticed how rude she was. The owner is completely oblivious to the matter. Don't waste your time or money. Very heart breaking!! I felt so bad for the young lady who was nothing but kind and courteous to myself and family. It was her very first day and Miss Tammy was unbelievably heartless and instead of training her she screamed at her and put her down in front of customers. It's no wonder why the other waitress is leaving and today was her last day. The owner Al is chooses Tammy's side and doesn't stick up for his employees or restaurant. Someone should call the city and report them. This place makes my stomach turn. You treat others how you want to be treated and that ain't it. Al you should really let that witch go and you should of kept that hard working sweet young woman on your team. READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW!I am going to start with the positives...... The location is very easy to find and accessible. The pricing is not high. It's very normal in range. The service was good. And the place is clean.......Now for the negatives.......The portions are VERY small. I got a LARGE biscuits and gravy, it came with two biscuits. I got a $4 side of bacon, it came with 3 strips. The food flavor was not horrible but it was very bland. Not something I would intentionally go back to but not something I would not join friends for. This restaurant is a decent place for the 65 and over crowd. Atmosphere, price, food portions, and flavor. But I would not recommend it to a younger crowd. The photo shown on Google of their interior is nothing like how it actually is. See my photos attached. Let's not forget the $3 charge for sharing food. But again, I guess that is directly geared towards the older crowd?On a side note...... Masks, lots of masks. There is no sign on the door and they did not bother us about not having one but they were everywhere. But i will not hold other people's thoughts and fears against this store as they did not force them on us.Over all not horrible but not a place I will be back to.
A curious quaint property. Comfortable. Billy was a terrific host. The plumbing is old. My sink backed up. I enjoyed my stay and will return
