Best service at a First Watch I’ve been to. Food and drinks were absolutely delicious and everyone was very friendly. Houdini rates 10 stars for the bacon!
I used to Love this place unfortunately it has absolutely gone down hill the staff does their best, but they are just not prepared at all especially for weekends. The food has come out hard and over cooked. After today I won’t be back. This is multiple times now and we are a party of 10 people. They brought this dish back out and here is what we bit into. I will say Johnny the new GM says there is new staff and they need to work out the kinks that’s why I gave a two star. They need to fix this it was great at one time. Hopefully Johnny can turn it around. He handled it professionally, but bottom line this needs to be addressed so that they can fix this.
The environment and staff were friendly! Even though they got an order wrong, the server was helpful and happy to replace it. All in all the experience itself was pretty good. The food was pretty bland though. I got the classic eggs Benedict and tried some of the pancake and million dollar bacon. The Benedict was flavorless and the potatoes were kind of soggy and cold. The pancake was fluffy but also lacking in flavor, I had to put a ton of syrup on it. The bacon was just bacon in syrup. But I appreciated the staff and interior.
The atmosphere is great! There servers here are super nice. There’s many different options and different types of juices.
Excellent! Amazing service from our server Alisha & the was great! The mashed avocado toast with eggs as a starter was delicious! Loved it! Then our main meals were all perfect. I had the salmon and egg frittata with crimini mushrooms & mixed greens & my friend had The Works omelette, no bacon with potatoes & said was superb! Everything was great! No complaints & I'll be back again soon.
The Hotesses were very professional and friendly. The food & drinks were delicious. The outside seating view is lovely.
Always seem to end up disappointed in the service and attention to detail here. They are so understaffed that it cripples the whole experience. If you do not arrive as soon as they open, prepare to wait at least twenty minutes to be seated. Once you are seated, prepare to wate another 30-40 minutes before you get your meal. If you modify the meal IN ANY WAY AT ALL prepare to have the meal done incorrectly. The food tastes great. The service is bad. The attention to detail is bad.
Great, and see how busy it is I don't mind wait for the food 45 mins since I am full supporter on this industry that are trying to do their best with the short staff all over the country. I dont pick on meaningless issues and and enjoyed my delicious food! Thank you!!! Yenny!
The staff here is fantastic! We love coming here they always make us feel welcome and the food is consistently great. My husband and I come here almost every weekend, highly recommend them. Sometimes there can be a long wait so make sure to make a reservation using open table!
