Poor customer service. Called ahead of time to verify they would be open til 8, their posted hours and was told they would be. Call in at 7 to place a pickup order and they tell me they're closed. ??♀️
Honestly, I’d like to give 5 stars, but i can’t. I’d be telling a bold faced lie. I come here anywhere from 1-3times a week. Occasionally more, but depending on my area I’ll go to other locations. I always place a plan ahead order, and i always place hours ahead of time, occasionally only an hour notice, but thats still plenty of time. I can honestly say that out of the last 10 times ive gone to pick up my food, MAYBE 3 times it was actually ready. Luckily tonight it was ready. Its bad when i experience a sigh of relief when i see my order. Yet tonight even though ready on time, had little to no meat. This is probably only the second time its happened so its not like its the usual scenario or else i wouldnt keep coming back. Seems like my order being on time is only a problem at this location specifically, ive visited the lantana location, and the orlando location with zero issues. Also while most of the time i do get the sauces requested, there are multiple times where i have not gotten a single sauce or napkin in my to go bag. I make sure i tip every few visits and im never anything, but polite to the staff. I have come to notice (unfortunately i dont have the names) , but theres a younger black female who always has her edges done lmao and a young black dude with a low cut i believe. Those two always greet me immediately, and usually get on my order as soon as they see me while everyone else kinda looks lost. I am extremely grateful for that. It it wasnt for the 83g of protein listed in the sandwich that i get, i would never return. Yet for me to come for the same sandwich, n get little to no meat meaning i just paid $12 for little to no protein- its a waste of time and money. Like i said its rare it happens, but its happened more than once. My main problem is placing an order ahead of time (literally i go to the movies often down the street so i order fh subs so i can enjoy during the movie) , but when im trying to make my movie on time and i arrive sometimes 10-15min after my selected pickup window n my food is not ready, now im late which is a problem. Id give 2.5 stars if i could, but i cant. Not sure whats happening here, n ill be stopping by tomorrow for another sub. Hopefully all goes well.
We had 2 Hook & Ledder subs at Firehouse subs Royal Palm Beach location. The subs were delicious. The servers were very friendly and the place was very busy. It looks like their local people like the shop very much. Definitely will be back for more delicious sub.
Good but expensive. Service & atmosphere was excellent! Store was very clean! First time going with T mobile free sub app.

Waiting over 20mins for one sandwich when there were 6 people working behind the counter is terrible. Nobody looked like they were getting paid to be there
This location is terrible. Order was not ready on time. Had to wait and then ask where my food was. My sandwich was missing pickles, bacon, ranch and a side of hot sauce. Will stick to Publix from now on so I can watch my sandwich being made to ensure the toppings I pay for are in fact on the sandwich.
Better than most sub places. I continue to return when subs are the only choice for dinner.

Honestly, tried this place before I started my shift at Target. It wasn't bad or good. Had the meatballs sub, and the drink was flat. Meatballs tasted not fresh, like it was sitting somewhere in the backroom for days. Had an upset stomach throughout the shift. Wouldn't be coming back. I honestly recommend Jimmy Johns or John Smiths.
