Employees were rude and very short with us. They didn't have anything that I actually wanted to order, no hashbrowns, ketchup, eggs, or caramel for the coffee I requested. This store needs a new manager to train it's employees on common courtesy as well as ordering supplies for its store. Would not recommend this store to anyone. We have not been to this store in awhile as well because of these reasons, obviously nothing has changed. If I could give it a zero stars I would. Will NOT be going back there ever again period.

I’ve never despised a Dunkin more. This one is close to my job and I have given it more chances than I should. Every time I come here, it takes so long, my order is messed up/missing something, or I get so much attitude. I walked to this location from work today and the dining room was locked. I tried to call to see if they were open because there were no signs showing it would be locked/closed and no answer. I know working in customer service is rough, especially when you’re short staffed but when it never fails that this location is a disappointment, management/the owner needs to step in.

This Dunkin needs updated management that cares about the service they are giving to customers. I had a foul experience multiple times but the last and final interaction, you need to hear. Out of an order including a hot chocolate, a donut, and a sandwich I was given 0/3 of them through the drive thru and was rushed out of the way for the next customer. I was given a coffee, the wrong sandwich, and no donut. I had the patience to go inside and correct them about my order. They told me they couldn't do ANYTHING because they didn't charge me for the donut. Ok one mistake, no problem. However, the employee told me to get back in the line to reorder everything. Why? I paid and did not receive a single thing I asked for! Instead, to save myself from the 30 minutes it would take to reorder, I asked to switch the drink for the donut. Not even asking them to remake my entire order and I was DENIED. Why? I simply told the employee to forget that I just wanted the donut and she had to turn around and ASK THE MANAGER if that was ok. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and frustrating even for the most patient people. Close this place down or switch your management, do the community a favor.I am a current employee for a franchise located in the same plaza. I would like to recommend people to this Dunkin, but the customer service is too much to bear!

This place sucks. I have been coming here for a few years. In all that time the wait line for the drive thru keep getting longer. I have spent up to 40 minutes in the drive thru lane only to find out that they didnt have what i wanted. Another time, there was only 1 employee working that day. All they had was coffee and donuts but still took 35 minutes to get my order. Today its been 30 minutes in line, i still havent reached the window and they asked me to repeat my order twice. Now that i reached the they need my order again. Ugh! Please do not come here. Service sucks big time!!!

This place is a mess. I’m sorry, but I was in line for 35 minutes. All I wanted was one black decaf and frozen coffee. Nothing special. It was a mess. If you’re in a hurry I would not suggest going especially through drive thru. The ladies are nice but they’re either new or can’t handle the flow. I should’ve listened to the reviews! This location needs more staff or training!

Terrible experience. Very unprofessional staff, take forever to even let you order, and act like you are incoveniencing them by the simple act of pulling up to the drive thru. I wish the manager would fire everybody and get new staff. This place has singlehandedly made me want to never visit a Dunkin.

Worst experience ever. I will drive a few miles extra just to never have to come to thislocation again even though it’s the closest one to my house. The man who works the drive thru was loudly mocking every person that ordered so that the whole store filled with customers, kids included, could hear. We were all looking at each other in disbelief. He was also using profanity while doing it and using racial slurs. It was unreal! Like he was trying to get fired maybe. They didn’t have half of the items I paid for on the app and I was offered no refund. They told me to call corporate. Everyone there was pretty rude. I will not be going back, not that they care.

I was waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I was behind a black suv the entire time, they put and drove around the building. After FINALLY getting my order in I drove around the building to find a totally different car at the window. I can only assume they drove straight up to the window and ordered. So ridiculously rude of the staff to do this to all the customers waiting in line that long. And always getting the excuse that they are understaffed.

worst experience ive ever had at a DD. Management needs to do their job. 3 cars on line at a drive thru does not warrant a 40min wait for food/bagels. Should of pulled away and left my order but my daughter insisted on a donut. Slow moving is an understatement.

Very unprofessional staff, always cursing in front of customers, wearing inappropriate clothes such as pajamas and cut off tops. Pre orders are never ready when they are supposed to be. Flys around doughnut case.
