Very nice place, good attention and good food, the only bad is slow to serve.

Worst takeout experience ever.. Order went through at 7:06pm and said it'd be ready by 7:15pm. Graciously I went to pick it up at 7:25pm. Was told it'd be another 30-40min.. wanted to ad a shamrock pie and was told that takes 30 min to prepare so we ordered it.. okay cool. Get back 45 min later. The kids Mac n cheese is cold and the side as well. Also am waiting outside at 8:15 pm for the shamrock pie that apparently takes close to an hour to prepare. Like how dumb of an experience ?
Good food, great drinks! Paige is our favorite (an absolute gem of an employee)- she always greets us with a big smile, positive attitude, and keeps our drinks full! Whether you dine in or take food to go, it’s always a good call. Be sure to check out the ahí tuna crisps, they are delicious!!
This was one of the worse experiences in a restaurant.The place was pretty empty but still took about 10min to get us seated but yet we saw servers at the bar having a conversation with each other. Then we were seated awe didn’t get attended to for another 15 minutes. Once our server Paris R came she took our drink and appetizer order and it took 10 minutes to get 1 beer, and then when we asked where the other drinks were she said the wine was poured but the wine and mixed drink had to come together because it was “a rule” she started to smirk and then quickly ran away. Once we finally got our drinks the wrong appetizer came out, and then the food came out long after that with over done burgers and hard as rock buns. When we complained that it was horrible so far she just asked if we wanted the top of the bin replaced, and if we wanted any more drinks. This is the worst Duffy’s I have ever been to and they have completely lost our business. Every other Duffy’s I’ve been to has been great so this was a huge shock to me. We waited over an hour for our food and all of the staff were lazy and talking to each other in the back where we could see them. 10-15 tables hadn’t been bussed the whole time we were there and the restaurant was empty. Horrible! Do not come here.
Paige behind the bar helped turned a bad work day then into a great one. She was quick with my order, helped pick appetizers with all great recommendations, we've came back just to sit at the bar and love when she's working. Paige is extremely helpful, bubbly, and great with updating us on the new menu. We look forward to going back and visiting Paige! She's a great asset to Duffy's!
Paige is one of the best bartenders here at the RPB location! She provides great conversation and a positive attitude while you’re waiting for your food! Come in and see her in action for yourself!

As you can see place wasn't packed . I was seated very quickly by a nice guy. Yet sat for over 15 minutes without a server ever coming over. I was alone and just wanted some food. There were people behind and across from me. 3 servers passed me and never stopped. Manager was requested just to let him know his servers were not very attentive or helpful. I was offered to be compensated but always know not to complain and dine. Hopefully the manager works with staff to prevent future guests sitting and waiting and being ignored for so long. Gave two stars because the two people I did deal with were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately cannot review food etc as I left the establishment to dine elsewhere .
