This review is for the Royal Palm Beach location. I ordered a meal for a friend who was in a virtual conference and it was to be delivered by the restaurant. I ordered it well in advance for a noon delivery. Not only was the delivery person 45 minutes late, she didn't have a valid driver's license so the guard wouldn't let her in. By the time the recipient of the meal went down to the guard house to verify her, her lunch break was pretty much over. Called the restaurant to complain and received a lackluster response and no remedy offered which was disappointing to say the least. For the record I only ordered from this location because they delivered to my friends address. Will never try it again. The Carrabba's in NPB is far superior.

Went for lunch with my husband and my sister. My sister and my husband's meal came first. I had to wait 15 minutes for mine ?(I don't understand why they didn't serve our meals together... oh well) while they were also waiting on their soup ?that was supposed to come with the meal. I ordered the Tuscan-Grilled Lamb Chops medium rare and they came out rare. I get my steak ?where ever I go, medium rare and it has never came out rare. My sister ordered the Spiedino Di Mare which comes with sea scallops. The scallops weren't cooked at all. Netherless to say, we went to eat lunch and left hungry. The experience was just horrible ? and the food... well except for my husband's which was the mozzarella sticks but never got his soup ?
Food was great! Customer service seemed like hit or miss. Some waiters are very professional and friendly with regular customers and other waiters seem to be working for a paycheck.
My wife just resigned from teaching and as a parting gift one of her students gave her a gift card to Carrabba's. We haven't been here in awhile and were looking forward to it. Our waitress was very nice and friendly but the food wasn't that great. I ordered the shrimp and scallops linguini and it was cold when they brought it out. I mentioned it to them and they took it back and what seemed like 30 seconds to have the dish still not be hot. I believe it was just tossed in the microwave. Very disappointed and don't think we'll be back. The drinks and bread were good. It felt like we were at The Olive Garden
I've been to this restaurant many times through the years, but the most recent visit was the worst. Twice I had to send my dinner back because it was way to salty and over seasoned. The grilled asparagus was burnt and it was just an unpleasant experience.
We went the other day. We had never eaten at a Carrabba's. So we ordered the Spaghetti Bolagnese to try and to me it was too watery and the taste so, so not a fan. Then the chicken something. It was okay. However that Sausage Lentil soup was the Bomb. I also had the cesar. I'm ordering the soup any day I crave it, to go. The staff was very nice and attentive.
Curbside pick up is no longer convenient. I waited in my car for 15 minutes watching staff zoom in and out of the restaurant without acknowledging me. I finally exited my car to stop the girl and give her my name. She acted as if I was bothering her. Hey manager here's a tip: if you acknowledge waiting customers they are more likely to exercise patience when waiting!!!
We hadn't been to carrabba's in a while, but I'm glad we returned. They were short staffed, but our server was great and clearly working very hard. All of our meals were very good. Salads were very fresh. We will return for sure hopefully sooner than later.
I love eating here with my friends and family. Usually there is no wait time, but the last few times I’ve been there has been. I am assuming it is from lack of employees due to COVID.
