Poor customer service and food. Swamp Water is better. Never will visit this place again. Customers make a business and SATISFIED customers are a business’s most valuable Business Card.
They use a lot of butter. If you don't want a ton of butter you'd better ask for them not to put it on. Food was 3 out of 10 at best. Service was great. Is very friendly place. Seemed like other people really liked the food. But if you want a clean breakfast in the sense of not a ton of butter and fat. This is not the place for you this is country country country country all the way
Food is great, service is friendly, and it's fun for kids, with their drawer filled with crayons and coloring or puzzle books. And if the kids get loud, they have beer and wine, too ; ) Their breakfasts are awesome (anytime), and don't forget to pay attention to their daily specials like Friday night, all you can eat shrimp!! Fried or cocktail style : ) We met them when we moved here 10 years ago, and have met them a couple times a month ever since!
Poor customer service and no respect for customer preferences.
First time trying this place. Ordered my steak medium well and it was well done, hard and dry. Eggs with cheese was not melted into the eggs. Croissant french toast was great.
Service was great presentation wonderful, but the food was absolutely a disappointment, the chicken tenders and fries not impressed, the kids didn’t even like it, the fries had not salt and bland, it reminded my son of cafeteria food. I asked for a refund on the kids menu and got one, waffles and pancakes had this corn taste to it, probably the batter that was used. I basically paid for a food I did not like at all. Ended up taking the kids to chick fillet. I was looking for a homeless person to give the rest of the food to but couldn’t find one I hate wasting food and the to go box ended up in the trash.
I called to see if I could get some Help and the person who answered said it was my Driver who put the BREAD ON MY MEAL Hashbrown Crispy, Eggs taste Burned Kids Sausage Dried Out Over Cooked HOW DO YOU MISS UP BREAKFAST SO EASY......REFUND PLEASE
Went on Saturday night for steak night. Had the prime rib, baked potato, vegetable , salad and a dessert for $19.99. Everything was delicious. We actually went back for breakfast the next day. It was good also.
So - the food is ok - not great but worth the trip. That's where it ends. We showed up around 12 pm which admittedly is the rush hour. That was witnessed by several people standing around outside. They were taking names to seat patrons. When I went inside to put my name down HALF THE SEATS WERE EMPTY! In any case, it took a split 20 minutes to get called. Still half full. No one seemed happy to work there. The hostess through simply singing out the party's name was enough. The person bringing drinks was dower. The server, will minimally efficient, was dower. Wow-what happened. This place needs some low-level efficiency management. Its so mis-run, a little help would go a long way. Won't be going back here.
