Unfriendly, discourteous service at this particular location (11959 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411)No smiles, no thank you... They obviously don't like their jobs.. they obviously don't like their customers. They won't even treat you like a human and look you in the face! On the other hand, their food is typical of all Burger Kings so no special comment there.Corporate headquarters, the franchise owner, the regional manager, all need to focus on improving customer relations at this particular location store. And perhaps other Burger Kings in the vicinity.

People they're so kind and good service

They took so long through the drive-through they don’t know how to operate and push another car that might be holding everyone else up they should really look into their management

Staff wasn't very pleasant. The person who was taking the cash was also handling food. His nails were long and dirty.I know it's just a fast food place but I think there are some fundamentals being overlooked for a place that serves food.

If I could rate this experience with less than one star I would I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through for them to give me an attitude I had to tell them my order numerous times because she didn't even bother to listen I watched 2 busses of day care kids come in behind me and park go inside get their food before I even got to the drive-through and then they're gonna stay here and get nasty with me they're unprofessional I was here last week and I had some lady give me an attitude because I waited 17 minutes in the freakin dining room area with 1 person ahead of me another couple got their food ate their entire meal and left before I got my order. And Ms Janice the manager was rude and unprofessional

They refused to honor a coupon off the app, And The Drive Thru Older Lady Was So Rude and had an attitude out of this world., i Asked if she could take my Code off of my app to apply to my order and She told me She couldn’t do it because it would take her Long because there was a line..,, aren’t The Workers trained to Take Promo Codes?? I’m not understanding this.. Customer service needs Major improvements...

It was cold. Fries too. Actually not like BK and disappointing. If I ever go there again I will ask if it hot.

One of the easiest fast-food placed to get an accurate order without the bread or cheese on the burger. The service in the drive through was good.

I've had some rough experiences at BK before, but this one took the cake.First off, there were like five people ahead of us when we got there. It took 25 MINUTES to get our order in and paid for. They didn't even have our drinks ready at the window. Fries were cold, as usual, and we got a regular cheeseburger even though we asked for it plain, ruining my 5-year-olds lunch.Also, I don't know if their machines are messed up or no one else complained about it, but the diet coke that I ordered tasted like nothing. It wasn't flat; it had fizz but had zero flavor. It was the right color and tasted like club soda.So why not get the order corrected? After 25 minutes, I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and couldn't wait. Lesson learned.And what did we get for our troubles? Not even an apology for the inconvenience.I am not going there ever again.
