It’s pouring outside and the young lady refuse to take my order. Even tho I said I was willing to drive back around. She was so disrespectful she shouldn’t be a manager she doesn’t provide customer service at all. She was so careless. She represents the company in the worst way possible. This is the worst place/fast food with the worst customer service I’ve been too.
I had a digital coupon on the BK app on an iphone. It gives a code to redeem in the restaurant. But this manager couldn’t handle it. Could not understand how to use digital coupons and so we drove away without completing the order or receiving any food. I’m not paying full price if they are not going to honor the coupon. So any food they just made while the solo cashier/manager was busy not knowing how to enter coupons, that food will end up in the trash when I drive away. It would have been better for business to honor the coupon, and please the customer. It was a digital coupon on the BK app, and I refreshed the code several times for her. Then, we left with no food.

I eat a BK breakfast sandwich often and this particular BK actually cooks the bacon so that it's crispy. Yay!I stopped going to the other one Southern.
The food was ok but the service was completely awful. Especially Derricka she was in her phone yelling. speaking completely inappropriate language and she took my order while on her phone all this while with two little kids present.
Some of the workers were nice and some had attitudes. If you ask them for something they would either ignoring you until you walked away or hand it to you without looking at you like you were being a pain
Manager on duty tonight was extremely rude. I had to cancel my order due to her abrasive approach and lack of professionalism.

My oder was fresh, however, I really don't think the people in the back read the special orders at all. If you ask for anything different, it's not done. I am grateful that everything was in the bag. That's an improvement!
Always good customer service but is definitely the longest wait of any place around to get food, always a line and it always takes atleast 20 minutes to get through it no matter what you order.
