“Fast. Fire’d.”? More like Slow. Burnt. Came in at 9:20pm on Thursday (40 minutes before closing) and counted about 8 workers currently in the shop. We patiently waited at the order station and watched as workers were walking past us without a greeting, instead continued cleaning. Noticed one worker spraying the wall with cleaner near the exposed pizza dough… Despite the many workers, it took about 2 minutes before a worker approached to get our ordered started. Even though, she also looked around as if waiting for a coworker to help because the line behind us grew to about 6 people. In the middle of taking the order, my bf made a joking comment that it looked like no one else wanted to help her and she replied that they were pre-closing.Our pizza was put in the oven and after some time, another worker finally jumped in to help ring us out because the apparent one worker available to serve customers was busy making pizzas. Finally, our pizzas came out and they handed it to a DoorDasher. If it wasn’t for us noticing, our pizza would have been given away. To top it off the crust was burnt because I’m assuming their priority was to clock out as soon as possible instead of providing quality food and customer service.Very surprised by this experience because the other Blaze pizzas I have visited this was not the case.
Had a amazing experience at Blades Pizza. The staff at this establishment was so wonderful and friendly to my for kids they were able to knock out five pizzas and less than 15 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly to my children and made their pizzas to their specific taste….I will definitely be bringing my kids and their friends after soccer practice back to Blaze Pizza!
We went in today and used the 3/14 coupon that was offered a few days ago, I would have gone the same day but due to work I couldnt. I was pleasently surprised and thrilled to see the coupon lasted all month!. So today my mother and I went over and tried Blaze Pizza for the first time. From the start the employees were nice, and answered any questions that we had as well as offering suggestions etc.The pizzas that we got were excellent, the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I ordered a regular BYO and enjoyed every bit. The cooking process was quick and efficent, and we were not in there long. I enjoyed the atmosphere, and the look inside as well as comfortble places to sit.My mother had the new Garlic Lovers BYO, she is a cancer surviver who does not have all her taste buds, and struggles to enjoy many foods as she did at one time. Today she took a bite of the Pizza and said how delicious that it was and then ate it happily. I can still smell the garlic now, and BOTH pizzas looked and smelled delicious.Simply a great experience start to finish, A+++ to everyone in that store my mother and I are now life long Blaze Pizza Fans
A friend and I went right as they opened, so the staff was still getting everything set up and prepared for the day. They still made sure that everyone that walked in was helped in a timely manner. Pizza came out in about 6 minutes. You can’t really go wrong with Blaze. I definitely recommend if you have an extra 20 minutes. I know I’ll be returning soon.
Pizza had weird chemical taste. Ate 2 slices and stopped. Within 5 minutes, it gave me the worst diarrhea I've ever had. Literally crapped all over the restroom trying to get my pants off. Had to throw pants out in the trashcan and wear my undershirt like pants to leave the restroom. I've never been so embarrassed in my life.
Waited 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready. Order was never made and the staff was curt and unhelpful. Employee told me they were making it when I walked in and had me wait 45 minutes before telling me that they "can't find my pizza". Lol what?All they offered to do was make another pizza which would take 10-15 more minutes. Sorry, an hour of my time and all you do is offer to "remake" something you never made to begin with?Honestly feel pretty disrespected and like my business doesn't matter. Didn't even get an apology actually. Seems like they were mad at me for wanting a refund after all that. Pretty ridiculous considering I've been going here for literally years.

One of the worst experiences of my entire life..... never never never order online from this location. They are absolutely atrocious. They have no understanding whatsoever. I ordered pickup and they decided to send 2 orders at the same time. They sent the wrong pizza with the wrong people. Not to mention it took over 1.5 hours to deliver a pizza that is 10 mins away. This is unacceptable in my opinion and I dont believe other people deserve this same type of service......Cold pizza at arrival everything was terrible.
*** Came for the Pizza, Stayed for the Service ***Blaze Pizza in Wellington is certainly worth your time. I had never heard of or tried vegan pizza before and was told Blaze Pizza had it on their menu.They use vegan cheese and sauces and allow you to build the pizza the way you want. The food is fresh and cooked only after you order.I took the first bite of that pie and couldn't believe how tasty it was. Let's just say, I'll probably be a regular now. HahaThe staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. They noticed the military shirt I had on and even gave me a veterans discount.Blaze Pizza is legit. I highly recommend giving them a try.5 - Stars!
