Stopped by on way home (8:30pm) and I love Arby's.Ordered 2 roast beef and cheese and 2 sliders also RB W/CH. sliders were fine. The 2 sandwiches (I think) were made with the days meat ends. It was like chopped meat. I was hungry and ate it anyway. MY BAD... woke up at 6am puking my guts up and continued for next 8hrs.
Not only was this a horrible experience but this Arby's location stole money from me. They charged me for someone else's meal which was more expensive and in no way similar to the meal I ordered.When I called, they said I could come by the store to be refunded the full amount for the inconvenience. Drove 20 minutes back to be told they can't refund, and can only provide a meal card for a free small meal. Obviously no one in the establishment can do math, because a small meal doesn't add up to 30 dollars of overcharged food that we didn't even order. We asked for multiple compromises and were turned down repeatedly. Money was stolen from us by Darlene, the employee in question that I believe we were dealing with.Hope the general manager sees this and gets their crew in line, I'll be looking into finding regional managers information on Monday or reporting this theft and refusal to cooperate to authorities if need be.Don't go here, they're thieves and don't pay attention to what they're charging their customers, or if the charges are even correct. Good luck if they add another 0 by mistake to your total, because you'll be out of luck and robbed blind by Darlene and the rest of the staff.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. THEY HAVE YOU DRIVE AROUND AND ARE TOLD TO PARK IN FRONT SO THEY CAN BRING YOUR FOOD TO YOU. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 3 MINUTES..... AND THEY FORGOT ABOUT YOU..... YES FORGOT ABOUT ME. THEN, WHEN I GO BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE OF 6 CARS BECAUSE NOBODY WOULD EVEN OPEN THE DOOR OR BRING FOOD OUT (BECAUSE IT'S DRIVE THROUGH ONLY). I GET TO THE SPEAKER AGAIN AND GET TOLD I WILL GET IT SHORTLY DRIVE THROUGH AGAIN AND THEY WILL BRING IT OUT! SERIOUSLY THE LAZIEST SET OF WORKERS AND THE MOST TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT OF A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
Had the new corned beef Reuben, it was delicious. Tasty, tender, with just the right amount of dressing on very fresh bread.Perfect.Staff here was super friendly and fast!!
Worst experience ever at an Arby's here on St. Paddy's Day! They were out of everything almost....No Horsey Sauce or Arby's Sauce at the condiments bar. No diet soda. Sandwiches were skimpy on the meat. No tarter sauce for the fish sandwich. Forgot to give us one order of curly fries. We'll never forget
Usually a positive experience. After stopping by the 9970 Belvedere Rd. Royal Palm Beach, Fl. Location I was less than satisfied. Drive thru order began with no mac & cheese and very rushed service that after paying 31.36 for my order #AAB3SKM2AGFL for 4 Gyros... I get home to find not a single thing I had ordered with the exception of the fries. Instead chicken small bite sandwich (2) , mozarella sticks, & french fries.A waist of money and now I have to find something else to eat. The phone rings to a voicemail that is full when called during business hours. I'm extremely disappointed.
Better than the others, very fast ordering and the register lady greeted with a smile extremely clean great atmosphere

This Review is directed to the location at:9970 Belvedere Rd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411On Friday 04FEB22, my colleagues and I stopped in for lunch. We encountered a very miserable customer who was utilizing strong language, interrupting those of us who were attempting to order, all the while addressing her anger at Ms. Alisa, (perhaps spelled Alyssa), demanding and rushing her. Ms. Alysa was making every attempt to accommodate all the customers with patience and professionalism. The female customer was obviously targeting Ms. Alisa and once she exited the restaurant, I apologized to Ms. Alisa on behalf of the abusive female. I would've spoken up on Ms. Alisa's behalf except for the fact that we were wearing company shirts and did not want misrepresent our company.*It's unbelievable that in this day and age of Covid pandemic, recession, unstable nation, people attacking each other and racism, people still continue to choose hate.WE NEED MORE "ALISA's" on our planet. Arby's have a "TRAINING FACILITATOR" in the making working behind a counter who should be in a position where new hires can learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATIENCE, CORE VALUES & PROFESSIONALISM from an employee who has dealt with it first hand.The above said mentioned location has my client loyalty and I have already passed it on and paid it forward.
This particular restaurant, has spectacular service as well as friendly employees. One nice lady was as good as a five star restaurant host. You know you do not see good teams these days at fast food but this place was world class. Hope they open one in Boynton Beach!
