The morning shift obviously doesn't cage about their customers or just doesn't cage at all. Can't even put a simple order together and not the first time they missed items either. I've been through the drive thru a few times and dinner menu is still up at breakfast at 8 a.m . Watered down biscuits and gravy is not good by the way

Wendy's is this going really downhill, I ordered a double cheeseburger and I got a bacon cheeseburger I don't eat pork so I had to peel that off my sandwich wasn't that good! fries were overly salted chicken nuggets were dried out and the soda machine ran out and the guy behind the counter was whining way he had to do it I wouldn't have gone up there and asked if the machine was still dispensing the flavor I wanted, what the heck is he thinking and the worst part is the ordering process the lady steps away as I asked for cash and 10 minutes later I got to ask for someone to complete my order while two or three other people ordered in front of me not very happy with Wendy's not sure if I'll ever go back.

i had forgotten to ask for extra napkins so I went back to drivethrough to quickly get them. I think her name was Lizbeth shes really short , her hair changes like the weather but she gets the napkins with the best smile and even offered to lick my fingers clean which i thought was really nice 10/10 visiting again. Love her<3!!

This is always the slowest Wendy’s, I was not going to write a review for a one off event but it’s every single time. I will for sure start going to another Wendy’s, until I find one that’s not going to take 20 minutes. The one on blooming Dale also takes super long! Hire some better help or put better systems in place.

Hamburgers are so fresh and hot when served. Best tasting french fries and not overly salted like their competitor mcdonalds.

This is the worst Wendy's EVER! They "ALWAYS" mess up my order. I don't even want them to correct the mistake afraid of getting a little extra in my food (if you know what I mean!)

I won’t be coming back here. The customer service at the window was horrible. We ordered the chili. When we asked for onions the lady rolled her eyes and said “we coulda just put it in the chili. Now I have to put it on the side.” Yikes! When we asked for sauce she reluctantly gave us 2 sauce packets. When we asked for 2 more sauce packets she smacked her lips and passed it out the window with an attitude. I think I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time. I am not a child. I am a PAYING customer. I think it’s time to start boycotting these places with terrible terrible customer service. I get that everyone is short staffed. But that’s no excuse to be rude to customers.

Pulled up and they literally only had spicy chicken nuggets lol. No patties, no burgers, no sandwiches, no fries lolol. Whoever owns this Wendy’s is completely incompetent and can’t maintain a franchise. Out of a whole menu you had 3 things!!!!!! Lololololol. No wonder McDonalds across the street is absolutely packed. Horrible location DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

I like Wendy’s the menu taste great but the service at this Wendy’s is absolutely @ss my food tasted great but I only had one add on and I was patient nice and I said “Please may I have an agh added on to my sandwich and the girl replied it’s and up charge” I get this sandwich all the time with the added egg. But when I let the manager know she looked me dead and my eye after the girl took my sandwich back. The manger holding my sandwich look at my like we didn’t charge you for it without me even getting my receipt. Why do I feel like I’m about to be scam hahaha CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE someone get a new manager because the attitude in that building is OFF!
