Absolutely the slowest & worst service I've ever seen at a Wendy's. Several cars parked after seeing the atrocious line.. then we all stood inside at line while employees ignored us. Got my food over 15 mins later (it was a sandwich & small fry), and both were cold. Manager came out of the bathroom & did nothing to help speed things up. Nothing fast about this food...
Of all the Wendy's I have visited this location by far is the worst.prices are not up to date...they change your order to charge more and god forgive you if you ask a question. Staff is unaware of guidelines or even how to speak to a customer and to top that, bread is stale, fries soggy from being under heat lampIts obvious I did not like it at all.Just hope other franchises are different and if this is a company store...all I can say is go back to what made Wendy's.
I could go on a whole rant about why you should choose Wendy's over Mcdonalds. I'm going to keep it short and simple though. The first reason you should choose Wendy's over McDonalds is simply because it's Wendy's and not Mcdonadls. Another reason is because their ice cream machine works 98% of the time compared to McDonalds coming in at a soft .03% of the time. The third and final reason you should choose to eat at Wendy's is because you know that if Google shows that they're open, they're actually open! So with alllll of that being said. I hope you understand there are OBVIOUS reason to choose Wendy's. Don't forget to get a frosty and dip your fries in it.
Talking about slow!!!!!! OMG I have been waiting in line for 10 mins and the people that were here when I walked in STILL don't have their food. You shold see how slow the workers are going! Talk about lazy... .I thought this was supposed to be fast food.
I gave this Wendy store a two stars ?, because they didn't have any discount for disable % veterans, nor were they offered and at time of order. The food was hot for our order. The service was slow ? ? even with a full staff at the service, manager was operation as a cashier, food server, all items were bag for inside dining.
Service and food are really good. The people in the kitchen really take care of the preparation for the food.I love ❤️ the fries ? with chili & cheese ? they really have chili and cheese enough for get a delicious meal. Thanks
The absolute WORST Taco Salad EVER!! Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese in a to go tray. Nothing Crunchy. Salsa and Sour Cream on the side. Wait .. A bowl of chili to use as your seasoned taco meat! Really?!?!?! Are you kidding?!?!?! Go and eat somewhere else, trust me!
Unfortunately, this experience was less than perfect and closer to agregious...fries were cold, nuggets were cold, drink was wrong size, and the line moved slower than primetime traffic on 275. Thank God for Wendy's?
Night management at this restaurant is subpar. There definitely needs to be changes as the night management seems to care more about their family members being in the lobby after closing, rather than helping out with the cars wrapped around the building.
If you're reading this review to decide if it's a decent wendys to visit, please im begging you to get something else to eat. While reading other reviews, I wish I got the service the folks that rated a 5 received. I've lived in this area for 3 years and have maybe received 5 star service once or twice. You should almost always go here with the mentality that the line is always wrapped around the building and it moves so slow. Most of their employees are rude and have an attitude as though they don't want to be there. Food is always what I'd expect but the customer service is so terrible here. No one of importance ever reads these reviews as I see no responses on them. Even if there's only one or two cars present, they are so slow. I bring a book with me to read in the drive thru line.
