They literally had no one in line and they said "what can I get you" then kept asking "is that it?" I used to work for Wendy's and this was NEVER okay. I still even have my letter of recognition from corporate. So yeah, seeing Wendy's in a new state really broke my heart. If only they had been taught better. To be happy where they worked. That it can be more than just a job.
I used to love going to Wendy's Bloomingdale. The food has improved, love the burgers, frosty, and thick fries and the new breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately, service has gone to the point of no return. Visit was on 5/8 at 8:23am. Restaurant doors are locked, so it was drive through only and we were the only vehicle in line. Gave our order in drive-thru. They seemed to be a little frustrated since we were not ready to order. We had never been to Wendy's for breakfast and wanted a minute to look at menu. We ordered, she repeated it and told us to pull through for price. Got to window and apparently she had not entered our order of 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. We and had to repeat our order, then pull up - odd because there was no one behind us and no at the order box. I asked for receipt and noticed she never rang in my breakfast sandwich. Still no one behind us. We back up and I ended up paying cash for my sandwich. She told us to pull forward, even though there was still no one in site. We waited, waited, and waited. It is now 8:48am and we are late for appointment. I walked back and tapped on drivethru window since the restaurant was locked up and asked for my money back. The male and female looked at me frustrated, stating they were bringing it out. Management needs to be in the store when they are short staffed and properly staff, or close down breakfast service. So many issues with this location for staffing, retaining employees, proper training, keeping supplies stocked, and keeping the restaurant looking clean.
Today would probably be the last time I would go to Wendy's. I went to Wendy's with my dad today after work and we were pretty hungry. After we received our food, we sat down about to enjoy our crispy chicken sandwiches when suddenly I took a bite of my sandwich to find out the whole chicken was RAW. We were disappointed to wait for our food to find out the chicken was 100% raw. I have photos to prove it to show how disgusted we were when we saw this. I hope I don't get sick from this.
The wait time is RIDICULOUS! There is absolutely no hustle and even less motivation. The manager tonight seriously has no business being a manager with the way he was talking to his workers! RUDE
They were extremely short staffed but made the best of it and got orders out really fast all things considered. Food was hot and fresh
I like Wendy's better than McDonald's ? the sandwiches are 100/00 per cent better and super nice people and the burgers are better ( in my opinion ) the biscuits, ho ! My lord the are spot on THANK YOU ! Egg sausage and egg,Biscuit, delicious,or bacon sausage my myMy my I adicto to full breakfast like this ,( 2 blocks away we live on the river ) superb.
Just spent at least 45 mins just waiting for someone to take my order in the drive thru. Then, I finally get to the window and find out that the person who took my order didn't add all the items I asked for. I literally order 2 four for fours, 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and 4 cookies. After she realized she forgot the 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, she let the kitchen know and I was not charged for them since it was their mistake. On top of the wait and my order not being taken correctly, there were people behind the counter who may or may not have been employees since they weren't in uniform and also had their child behind the counter as well. I am usually a really patient person and always like to give the benefits of the doubt but this was ridiculous.
Love the nuggets here and apparently they love me back lol
Worst Wendy's ever. Sometimes they close 45min-to 1 hour before they have posted on their door. Goodluck waiting in the drive-thru after 7pm. If there are 4 cars ahead of you it is at least a 30min wait. They literally take 1-2 orders at a time that take 10min a piece after 7pm. Never coming back here again and hope they close.
Extremely slow and very poor customer service. Waiting directly first in line at the register and waited almost 15 minutes to get my order taken. Listen to the guy tell another customer waiting he is filling the orders how they are listed on his screen sarcastically.
