From start to finish this place was awful! Tea tasted like sweetened dirty dish water for starters. Had to get meal to go and was shorted pancakes. $33 for 2 meals outrageous. The hostess was more focused on seating people rather than cashing out a customer waiting, she sat 3 separate parties and never once said I’ll be with you in a moment I had to call her attention and she was rude. Naturally I will walk out next time and she can pay the bill. The food was absolutely HORRIBLE!! My dog gets a better breakfast. Will NEVER come back and suggest that everyone else does the same. We need a good restaurant not a garbage bin eatery. 1 star service, 0.1 star food(I don’t say this lightly), 5 star price tag. I’ve gotten better breakfast at dennys for less and it was edible. I wouldn’t even feed the food to my dog, let alone a raccoon.
We went here after trying to go to Ruby Tuesday on a Saturday night at 8pm which was closed due to lack of staff. So we decided to try Village Inn. We got seated right away and our waitress came over and got our drink order right away. I had the Patty Melt and my husband had the Turkey club. The service and food was great. Will definitely go back soon!
Village Inn excellent breakfast every time, service is always great, great atmosphere and very clean. If you don't come early there will probably be a wait but they move pretty fast depending on how hungry you are ?. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food!
Love the food at this location!! Day shift is awesome, I order soda water for which day shift always provides. But on the evening of 4/19/22 both night shift waitresses said they didn't have any and offered me Sierra Mist!?!? So the question is your going to offer me flat soda?? Or they both wanted to be rude and lazy? Or they never clean the soda machine?? Guess I will never know...

We go to VI at least once a week for breakfast and it’s always excellent!!! We love, love, love Tammy and always request her!! Now, about the paper straws…. They suck!!’ I don’t want my tea tasting like paper which is what these straws do. I know it’s about being biodegradable, and I’m all for that, but there are other straws that are biodegradable that don’t taste like paper.
I ordered the fried fish with french fries, cole slaw, and Texas toast today for lunch via telephone. The portion size, taste and temperature of the food were excellent! I couldn't eat it all and will definitely make sure I eat the leftovers for dinner. I appreciated the generous amount of tartar sauce and ketchup packets. Some restaurants are very stingy with condiments. The cashier was also very friendly. Based on my experience today, I would definitely eat there again. Keep up the great work!
Very friendly staff, good food quality, reasonable price and large selection. Doesn't seem to be as busy in the evenings (more so for vreakfast and brunch). Parking is good and access is easy.
I was visiting town and this is my first time eating at this establishment. I thought the food was decent and I would like to go back. I got the Denver omelette and I got the funny feast kids breakfast for my son. He went crazy when he saw it.
This was our first time dining here and what an amazing experience it was!! The whole team was so kind, caring, attentive and Tammy was the best server!! The menu selection was also outstanding!! We can't wait to go back!!!
